I bought this Adeno version because I couldn't tolerate methyl due to a combination of MTHFR issues. I tried injecting Hydroxo compounded but still had problems; I prefer this version because it works so well for me. If you're having problems with the other versions, you should give it a shot. It is, in my opinion, the mildest.

Natural flavors (aside from true natural vanilla extract, essential oils like peppermint, cacao powder for a "chocolate" flavor, and so on) can have the same effect on the brain as monosodium glutamate (MSG). If you are experiencing or have experienced any symptoms of neurological issues, I strongly advise you to avoid foods that have added flavoring, whether natural (aside from the true natural examples given here) or artificial. Natural flavors are found in many health food store products, teas, and supplements.
Yes, I contacted them, and they informed me that the ascorbyl palmitate comes from China.

Okay, so I'm used to taking B vitamins, but I eventually discovered that I can't absorb them well, so my acupuncturist prescribed B12 with Intrinsic Factor. However, there is one brand that I purchase on Amazon and that she sells in her office. I've discovered that every now and then, I'm on the lookout for the ultimate B concoction that will restore my youthful vigor. B12 with Intrinsic Factor is absorbed somewhere in the gut. So I liked that because it was the only thing that didn't make me sick and seemed to improve my absorption/energy; I have a bad reaction to a lot of the B vitamins. However, I discovered that this did not significantly assist me in terms of energy. br>So, I recently came across information on Adenosylcobalamin, and whoa, whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa who I had never heard of it before, so I did some research, purchased some, and began taking it right away. Oh, I could tell this was working extremely well within the first 24 hours. I've been taking it since March 2, 2020, and each day has gotten better. I'm in good shape and have plenty of energy, just like I did when I was younger. I work out four times a week. I can easily work 5 days a week now because I don't have to mentally push myself to get through it because I was simply exhausted (mentally and physically). I don't have sleep problems; in fact, I sleep very well; I just had energy issues, which I thought were caused by my thyroid, so I started taking thyroid and adrenal supplements, which helped a little, but this product really took my energy to the next level. br>I'm still taking the other B because I want to take both the A and M forms of B12, which my research suggests is the best option. br>I'm very impressed, and I'll be using both of them from now on. br>First thing in the morning, I dissolve two or three small pills under my tongue. I put two more under my tongue and let them dissolve around lunchtime or early afternoon. I can honestly say that energy issues are no longer a concern for me, and I'm grateful to have discovered this product. br>I should also mention that, while I have no trouble falling asleep, I used to be ready for bed around 9:45 p. m. But right now, I'm not tired at all (which I'm fine with), so it's more like 10: I'm ready for bed at 11 p. m. , and I have no trouble falling asleep. I'm not wired, I don't have to toss and turn before falling asleep, and I don't experience any negative side effects. It simply gives me whatever my liver requires to maintain a constant supply of energy. (This product is delivered directly to the liver, which will use it as it sees fit. ) Our livers produce Adenosylcobalamin, but if they're too busy cleaning and doing other'stuff,' they won't have time to produce this form of B to aid in their many functions. As a result, this is ready-to-use for the liver, which is extremely beneficial, and energy is an added bonus. It's a byproduct of one of its applications). br>I'm also more relaxed; I agree with the other reviewer who used the term 'grounded. ' In addition, my thinking appears to be clearer. I'm so grateful that I came across this LONG word!! LOL.
I've been suffering from chronic fatigue for as long as I can remember. It's been about 25 days since I started taking this (along with other supplements), and I think I'm starting to feel better. Thank you very much!.
I was unable to find methylcobalamin to be of assistance to me. I've been taking Adeno B12 for a few months now and have progressed to a full tablet (3000 mcg). I still have some neuropathy, but it isn't as severe as it used to be. br>br> I tucked the tablet up and out of the way above my upper lip. I started putting it there in the middle of the night a few months ago. When I wake up now, I'm in decent shape and ready to go. This isn't due to the fact that B12 helps me sleep better. In any case, I get a good night's sleep. It's because the B12 has boosted my energy levels.
Honestly. Love it. Within the first 24 hours of taking adeno B12 (from methylated B12), I noticed a difference in my irritability and energy. MTHFR that is compound heterozygous.
I've tried other B12 supplements and they don't help with the fatigue caused by Celiac and Mast Cell disease, but this one does. My energy level is immediately boosted. Take it first thing in the morning if you have trouble sleeping. In addition, if I have trouble falling asleep, I skip a day.
Great customer service- I'm trying out different B12 forms to see if they can help me live longer. such as exhaustion My healthcare provider gave me cyanocobalamin injections, but they had no effect on me. I've discovered that this isn't the best way to go. Then I tried sublingual methylcobalamin and felt a little better. Then I switched to these adenocobalamin lozenges and noticed a significant improvement. Unlike other sublinguals, it also tastes great. I'm going to try the hydroxocobalamin lozenges from Seeking Health next.
I can't take regular B complexes because of my genes, so I take Seeking Health's B-Complex. B12 should be taken separately from the other vitamins. I alternate between the adeno and hydroxo forms, and this AdenoB12 has given me excellent results. br>I've noticed a significant increase in energy and clarity since switching from my synthetic B complex.
My MTHFR gene is mutated, and I have lyme disease. As a result, I am frequently exhausted. They give me three of these per day, and they are extremely beneficial. It's also much less expensive than the Black Bear energy drink I was previously using. br>br>08/2018 Update: I'm down to four a day now. I was up to 5 a few months ago, when things were getting worse. This supplement has been extremely beneficial to my lyme disease treatment.
