The fact that they're made with Cyanocobalamin, a bad type of B12 that's basically useless and made from a cyanide molecule, isn't mentioned anywhere in this listing. Methylcobalamin (the best), Adenosylcobalamin, and Hydroxocobalamin are the three most effective forms of vitamin B12. The majority of the time, there is an excessive amount of the- Counter B12 contains Cyanocobalamin, but it irritates me that they don't state this explicitly in their listing. Be careful who you buy from.

What could be better than a vitamin? I have no way of knowing if it's working or not, except to say that my blood test results are within the normal range of what B12 is supposed to help with, according to my doctor. The advantage of these over others is the price: a very reasonable price for a large number of pills that have no taste and are easy to swallow for me. But, because my morning dose consists of around 15 different pills, I can't say whether it's easy to swallow on its own. In any case, swallowing pills is not a problem for me. br>br>NOTE: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be ANOTHER REVIEWER MENTIONED THAT IT WAS CHEWABLE AND HAD A NICE ORANGE FLAVOR.
