I adored these because of the following reasons:
- Gel capsules were incredibly simple to take.
- They didn't have a bad taste or a bad aftertaste. br>- In comparison to similar products, the price was very reasonable, and the subscription discount made it even more so.
- They were a liquid-based B12 supplement that was simple to digest and absorb. br>However, they have been out of stock for the past few months, so I've had to unsubscribe and look for an alternative. br>I sincerely hope they become available again soon, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for B12 supplementation.
I don't have diabetes, which is a common cause of neuropathy, but I do have nerve damage from accidents and other causes; I'll skip the details and get right to the point. A long-standing problem in my feet progressed from minor tingling to full-fledged burning at night about six months ago. I couldn't even keep a sheet on my feet when it first started. br>br>For years, my friend has been suffering from neuropathy and takes Vitamin B- 12 so I decided to try it and at least 2095% of the problem went away at least 2095% of the problem went away at least at least at least at least at% After that, I became concerned that I was taking too much and reduced my dosage. Guess what? It reappeared. I went to see a neurologist, who tested me and found out that I had neuropathy, which we both suspected. It was mlld, he said. If that's the case, I'd hate to be in the middle of a full-fledged investigation. And he assured me that I wasn't overdoing it, that I wasn't overdoing it. I take one of these pills every day, and my problem has returned to normal. br>br>According to the neurologist, he always advises his neuropathy patients to take B-complex vitamins. There are prescription medicines available for relief if you have a more severe case, but there is currently no cure. Fortunately, I don't require any prescription medication at this time. The number 12 is proving to be effective. br>br>Incidentally, my blood test resulted in a B-. 12 deficiency, but the neurologist told me not to worry about it and to just take it. I guess blood tests aren't 100% accurate? Who knows what will happen. Of course, you should consult your own physician. I also take a Multi B Vitamin mini "softget" cap from the same company for general use. I like the "softget" caps because they are simple to put on and they work for me, so it's a win-win situation.
I'm on proton pump inhibitors, which can reduce vitamin B12 absorption, so I think it'll be beneficial for me. UPDATE: 6/23/21 After learning more about B-, I'd like to share what I've learned with you. Symptoms and Reasons to Avoid Purchasing a Vitamin B12 Supplement include: br>Synthetic Forms of B12br>Any supplement that contains cyanocobalamin or hydroxocobalamin should be avoided. Not only are they ineffective, but they can also have unpleasant and potentially dangerous side effects. br>br>Extremely High Dosesbr>While many nutrients, such as Vitamin C, are not harmful in large doses, taking too much Vitamin B can lead to health problems and put undue strain on your liver and other organs.
This pill is one of my favorites because it relieves my foot pain, allowing me to walk more comfortably.
The bottle's label is crooked, and the smell is HORRIBLE! They have a musty odor to them. These should not be purchased.
KIDNEY DOCTOR RECOMMENDS IT - THEY ACTUALLY PERFORM THE TRICK - THE EFFECTS TOOK ABOUT THREE DAYS TO BE FELT.
I suspected my B12 was low again, as it had been in the past, so I decided to get this to boost it a bit, and so far I haven't had any issues. My memory and thought process have also improved as a result of my increased energy. I've never been disappointed with a Nature Made product. br>br>The bottle is the only reason for the four-star rating rather than five. I realize this is a minor point, but I'm being picky, but there's no reason to use such a large bottle for such a small amount of soft gels. Although there are only 60 gels, they are packed into a bottle that could hold 300 or more.
