I don't notice a difference in my energy levels after taking b12, but I never take more than the recommended dose.
Supplements contain synthetic forms of nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Our vitamins and minerals are combined with real food from our reliable partners. While food should always come first when it comes to getting the nutrients we need, we wouldn't be able to get the levels of vitamins and minerals we need from our (and other) supplements if we only ate food.
MegaFood's Doctor-Recommended B12 contains methylated forms of the vitamin. Adult B-Complex Formulated Multis Methyl B12 is centered.
MegaFood began removing the clear outer band from our bottle caps in January 2020 in an effort to reduce packaging waste. The foil seal, which is tightly affixed to the mouth of the container under the cap, keeps MegaFood's product integrity and safety intact. To open the container and remove the product, this seal must be torn or broken, and it cannot be removed and reapplied without leaving visible evidence of entry or tampering. As a result, the outer band was redundant, and the plastic packaging material was used excessively.

I notice a difference when I take these pills and have no intention of stopping - I subscribed to have them delivered to me on a monthly basis.

The following are some of the possible side effects of cyanocobalamin: Chest pain, cough, blue lips and fingernails, difficulty swallowing, eye pain, rapid heartbeat, and a slew of other serious side effects that are far too numerous to list.
