Questions & Answers

I was wondering if the word "Vented" refers to a hole in the suction cup end as well as the other end or just ?

It is only on the cup side of these that there is the hole, unlike the pictures on the product page. They look exactly like what is pictured on

Can you tell me how big it is?

The distance between the top and bottom is about 1 inch. The length is 25 inches. The suction cup is edge to edge This rectangle measures 25 inches wide. The one I have is best suited for gas perm

If you were to replace it, how often would you do so?

The rubber is easy to wash in case they get dirty, or use them as is. A friend of mine has been using one for more than a year now and he is very pleased with it.

Do you know of anyone who has tried this for monthly/yearly The ones I have are not soft lenses, and I have toric lenses because I'm astigmatic. ?

Using it with long-term toric gas permeable contact lenses works great for me.

You need to insert AND remove The system is much better than planned
5/5

You can use this for both INSTALLATION (do not squeeze it) AS WELL AS In contrast to my expectations, I find this much more appealing. Adding a picture since one of the previous reviews mentioned that the product that was shipped differed from what appeared in the review. As you can see, the product I received 12/2019 has a vent as described. BRIEF *BRIEF SIZE The plunger is smaller than the insertion plunger from my doctor, and larger than the orange release plunger that she provided.
I have Scleral lenses (large hard lenses), and my doctor provided 2 separate 'plungers' - one orange, one purple. An insertion and removal device with a vented large one In contrast, it is more compact and non-obtrusive One that can be removed by removing the vent. In terms of functionality, this DMV one performs better than the previous one, but you have to be more precise when activating the suction. If the suction is too tight, squeeze to release it! The 'removal plunger' I was given by the doctor was not 'vented,' so I had to press the tiny edges of the plunger The lens in this case is 'vented', so when you squeeze it, it gently releases. (especially useful to remove a lens from an eye if the aim of the lens is not so accurate. You can't see about half of what you're doing, making it even more difficult! purchased this pack in order to make a few travel/emergency kits (my car, work, etc. ) with extra solution, cases, saline, backup glasses, etc. In addition to using one of these as my everyday plunger tool, I now use another model as well.

I'm happy to confirm that Before you apply it to your lens, squeeze it a bit, and hold it in place
5/5

As a result, it will properly create a slight suction. Keep it gently in your hands so as not to break the suction between the lens and device. Fill your lens with water, and place it over Hold the DMV with both hands and squeeze completely. You can now naturally attach your lens to your eye as it now floats on the device. Before you put it on, if you stop squeezing, it will return to its original state You won't have to worry about it releasing your lens into your eye if you suction it. The only thing you have to do is one Keep your fingers free for no more than 2 seconds, otherwise you'll risk a strained finger. I wish you the best of luck!.

They appear to be vented handlers from both the pictures and the description on Amazon. We received, however, that the handlers had not been The handler attempted to work, but it did not.

A great lens remover for RGP lenses
5/5

I use these to remove RGP lenses and they work great. I have previously used the orange unvented DMV removers, but they quickly lose their shape after a while, and their suction power is poor. The needles were piercing my eye for quite some time. These, however, are not the case! Compared to other products, this one has much stronger suction, so my lenses are removed in an instant. It would be a great idea to do.

Removing contacts is the best method
5/5

This is a fantastic pair of earrings, I love them. It is so simple to put in contacts and take them out with these devices. My method of removing them does not involve suction. As I slide the contact over my eye and put them on, they stay in place. It is so easy, and I can have long nails without squeezing my eyeballs. We love them. They are the crumbs we are craving after our meal. The soft contacts I have are also quite nice.

The hard contact has been inserted / removed
5/5

It is extremely difficult to insert and remove hard contact lenses. For months, I struggled with it. In order to achieve this, you need to insert the lens before going to sleep at night and remove it when you wake up. Since I chose the orthokeratonomy in order to correct my eyes while I sleep, this is the reason why. When I applied the contact, I received a small rubber plunger to remove it. When I put the contact in my eye with my finger, I received this little The problem almost led me to give up until I found the DMV hard contact lens I found this to be extremely useful. Choose the one with the straight head and avoid the one with an Nothing useful can be achieved with it. lense I use works by simply squeezing it to hold it, putting it close to your eye, and squeezing it again You need to reverse the steps to get rid of I really like it!.

This lens works well for RGP lenses
5/5

Orthotics are what I wear Wearing rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses is a necessity for anyone with hard contact lenses! As soon as I wake up in the morning, they help me remove my contacts The easy-to-use device saves you the trouble of pulling your eyes out to remove difficult contacts. I am very pleased with the quality of my order - it came just as pictured in the photo All six handlers come in a color of aqua with their own cases. With a hole in the middle of the handler, the contacts can be easily sucked out of the handler. For RGP lenses, I would highly recommend.

I find it to be much easier to use than other apps Designed to remove suction cups with a vented design
5/5

This is the non-technical version of the sentence They have been getting the vented version for years but these have way more comfort and ease of I also feel a lot less stress and pressure on my eyes with this. My RGP lenses will certainly be remembered with more gentleness using this method. This book is highly recommended!.
