I've only recently rekindled my interest in the subject. The shakes aren't quite as filling as they once were, but the chocolate is delicious. The strawberry flavor is similar to Quik, and the vanilla flavor is adequate. The "improved vanilla" has yet to be tried by me. I eat a light breakfast and then drink an 18-gram protein snack shake about 2 hours later. A small green salad and a shake for lunch. After my workout, I had a shake and then ate a low-carb meal. I only weigh myself once a week, so I'm not sure how well it's working. I'm also using my fitness pal to track calories and exercise, and I'm trying to up my protein intake. If you want to buy this item, go to Costco's website. I haven't bought a box in a long time, so I'm not sure how they're sweetened, but it's definitely artificial given the low carb count. Whey is used as a protein source.

My doctor recommended that I go to a diet program, and that's how I found out about them. These shakes are absolutely delectable. Every morning, I put one in my espresso, and I eat one as a snack now and then. They're not overly sweet, but they're not overly so either. Vanilla is one of my favorite flavors. Chocolate is one of my favorite foods. To make these more palatable, I've never felt the need to add sugar. Those who require a higher level of sweetness can opt for Premier Protein's similar shakes, which are significantly sweeter. Taste your way through their menu to find something that appeals to you. My wife does not eat as much good food (especially protein) as our doctor recommends, and we've tried several protein drinks with no success. Our friends raved about how good this drink was - Mostly because of the taste. They gave us a few bottles to try, and they were a hit with my wife.
