Medline Juven Powder Nutritional Supplement (Fruit Punch, Packaging : 30EachCarton)

I'm paralyzed, and I've been suffering from a pressure sore for the past year and a half. At work, I'm working with four different variables: Antibiotics, bed rest, and Juven were all used to treat the wound. The Juven was the last of the four to be added. For the past two weeks, I've been drinking one in the morning and one at night, and my nurse says I'm growing more new tissue than I have in the previous five months. The product is a little pricey, but in my opinion, it is well worth it.

The open wound, which measured 7 x 7 inches and was six inches deep, required wound vac to heal. This product was incredible, and I would recommend it to anyone who is healing or having difficulty healing because the tissue growth was incredible. I was able to get off wound vac in bout two with only a two inch long by less than cm deep wound, which was expected to take six to eight months to heal. I do, however, have a couple of recommendations for you to try twice or three times per day. To go with it, pick up a protein shake like Boost. You will see fantastic results if you follow this advice. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case because it was instrumental in saving my life.

I had surgery, which unfortunately required the removal of skin that had previously been exposed to radiation. My doctor advised that I use Juven to aid in the healing process. The skin has taken a long time to heal, but Is it true that the Juven aided you? No idea. No comparison is possible. It has, however, fully recovered. Two flavors are available: orange (which is vile when mixed with orange juice) and fruit punch (which is pretty good when mixed with cranberry juice). It doesn't dissolve well, so you'll want to let it sit in the juice for an hour or so to get rid of the graininess.

My doctor advised me to drink this while I was recovering from a large wound. Although the healing appears to be progressing quickly, I have no way of knowing whether or not this drink played a role. I'm confident it had no negative impact on the procedure. If I were to get hurt again, I'd most likely buy the drink again.

My husband consumes two alcoholic beverages every day. They were recommended by a wound specialist because they speed up the healing process of his wound. He's had a lot of skin cancer surgeries, and he's found that eating more protein helps them heal faster. Not just any protein, mind you. Protein of excellent quality. They come in a variety of flavors, which is convenient because he won't get tired of them.
