I've been ordering the large Vanilla can for months, but this is the first time I've seen the new label. I'd grown accustomed to the flavor (which is usually excellent), so I could tell something wasn't quite right about the flavor and almost gritty consistency. It didn't taste good, according to my wife. The can with the new label that tastes bad has a darker blue label and also says "CLA Fat Burning Properties," which was not mentioned on any of the previous labels or cans. It makes me wonder if the formula has changed or if I have received a phony. Be careful who you buy from.
It is lactose-free, which is extremely important to me. It fills me up in a good way rather than making me feel stuffed. The flavor is good, but I make it even better by adding about a tablespoon of Hershey's dark chocolate syrup! I believe the protein component is assisting my recovery after walking, strength training, and stretching (I suffer from Myofacial Pain Syndrome). Because I don't want to run out, I've already placed another order. 😊.
I'll keep using this product in conjunction with exercise and report back in about a month.
I've been replacing one to two meals per day with protein powder to help me lose weight. I make the shakes with 2% milk rather than water because it tastes better that way (at least to me). These shakes, when combined with the daily exercise I get from walking my dogs, have helped me lose an average of 2 pounds per week. I'm nearly there, but I'll keep using them because they're delicious!.
This product will make me sick, so I will not be able to return it. I'm in a bad mood. If you can't drink milk, don't buy it.
When "Smoothie King" came to town, I began to purchase vanilla Lean1. They sold it, but after they closed, I looked online for it and found it in larger containers here, which is fantastic! The powder appears to be nutritious and filling to me. Every day, I make a smoothie with peanut butter, dark cocoa powder, date puree, banana, ice, water, and vanilla Lean1. YUMMY! At any given time, I receive two containers.
I can't say enough good things about this product; it has a pleasant flavor that isn't overpowering. For a few hours, it is extremely filling. I offered it to my husband one morning, and now I have to make two smoothies every morning, which is ridiculous. Also, I've started working out a few times a week, and I eat a small snack afterward. Try it!.
This protein is absolutely delectable! We usually drink it as a breakfast replacement, but when I ask what they want for dinner, all they want is a protein shake!.
