When I'm unable to prepare a meal, I'll occasionally grab one. I have nothing negative to say about this product; in fact, a family member suggested that I start asking for it as a gift instead of the silly gifts that people give you when they don't know what else to get you - which is an excellent suggestion! I also appreciate that it is delivered right to my door, as getting out to shop is difficult for me.

It has a nice chocolate flavor to it. It's low in calories and high in protein, as well as other minerals and vitamins that can help with health. I've been drinking it for breakfast, and it's kept me full until lunchtime. Pouring it over ice straight from the fridge makes for a delicious breakfast drink that appears to be "boosting" my energy and aiding in weight loss. br>I haven't had a chance to try the vanilla. I tried one strawberry, but it wasn't a flavor I'd want to eat on a regular basis. However, one of my friends adores it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't quite as good as the chocolate. Boost is a beverage that I would recommend to others.

I really like this drink because it's very filling and if you don't eat much, it's a great replacement because it gives you a boost of energy and keeps you full for 3 or 4 hours. I highly recommend it because it doesn't taste as sugary as other brands and doesn't have that chalky taste to it.

I recently purchased these after learning that my protein levels were a little low. I was taking LiquaCel, a protein supplement that contains 16 grams of protein per ounce. It didn't seem to be working out. After hearing good things about Boost, I decided to buy a 12-pack of the green top chocolate. Place one in the refrigerator for a day, then the other in the freezer for about 30 minutes. It was absolutely fantastic! They have a great flavor, are creamy, and have no aftertaste, and provide 20 grams of protein per 8 ounce bottle. I'm on a renal diet, so I was concerned about the potassium, but my dietitian assured me that it would be fine because my potassium level was also low. Phosphorus was an issue for me as well, but I use phosphorus binders. So, all in all, I'm a good guy. I highly recommend these to anyone who, like me, requires a protein drink or supplement. br>You will not be disappointed if you purchase these!.

Boost products are generally excellent, taste great, and are high in nutrients, making them ideal for a healthy snack. br>br>The ones I got were pretty badly dented, and many of them had a rancid taste to them that I had to discard - The seal had broken, and there was no "snap" when it was opened. Take extra care with the dented ones, and inspect the lids after each one is opened to ensure that they are properly sealed. Liquid stains can be seen on the lids of the damaged ones, and they are no longer air-tight. tight. br>br>They only have a 5-month expiration date from the time I received them! These beverages are meant to last for 12 hours. They've been shipping out old stock for the past 18 months. br>br>Just buy at the store, where you can check for damage and expiration dates more easily. The same problems arise when ordering soylent from Amazon - Bottles that have been dented and are about to expire - However, those bottles have foil seals, which appear to be more resistant to damage during shipping. I'm not going to buy food from Amazon anymore.

My day starts around 4 a. m. , and I eat this for breakfast. 30 a. m. , and it'll keep me going until around 10 a. m. 00am. The flavor is fantastic. Protein drinks have a strange effect on my stomach. This one hasn't given me any problems. I work in a surgery department, and if I don't get a lunch break, this is a quick "go to" that gets me through the afternoon. I tried the 30 gram protein drink and didn't care for it, so I'll stick with this.

Purchasing this online rather than in a store makes more sense. It costs almost $2 per serving in the store! It cost $27 for 24 bottles at the time of my last purchase. Much, much better! This is something I'm going to get my mother. She never leaves the house without eating breakfast because she doesn't get hungry in the morning. She is, however, trembling and hungry when she returns. She can just grab a bottle and go with this, and it will keep her satiated for two to three hours; if she will be gone for longer, she blends it with some almond milk and frozen fruit and takes it with her as a fortified mini smoothie. Also works well as a pick-me-up in the late afternoon. When you haven't eaten in a while, it's time to wake up When you're out running around, it can help you avoid all those tempting but unhealthy fast food joints.
