Just give it a good shake. Many people don't realize that 9 ounces is twice the size of many others. Good for those who need to cut down on their sugar intake. Make a healthy snack by freezing it in popsicle molds. It worked great and was easy to remove from the mold. These are something I would buy again. These were delivered factory sealed in their own box, which was then placed inside an Amazon box. Although it appears to be very secure, I notice that the listing states that packaging may vary. Others, on the other hand, had not had such good fortune. For the size, it's a good deal.

I placed an order for four of these boxes. Each box contains 12 drinks. They are not packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. Put them in a cardboard box and that's it. I had six drinks that were punctured or leaking out of four boxes with a total of 48 drinks. To get those 12, there are three packages of four drinks in each box, so I lost one. Drinks in five packages I have these on auto-ship, but if I'm going to lose weight, I'm going to have to spend more money. I'll go to the store and get them. DO NOT ORDER THESE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THEM.

Even though I prefer dark chocolate, my favorite flavor is mocha latte. What I don't like about it is that the price can fluctuate by up to 30% from one day to the next. It's because of the stock price, which fluctuates from day to day or even hour to hour, as far as I can tell. It's difficult for consumers like me who live on a fixed income and are unable to physically go out and buy this product in a store. In any case, I still prefer Adkins' products to those made by competitors.

Some of the others are high in sugar and carbohydrates. This does not raise my blood sugar to new heights. Without the sugar and carbs, the taste isn't great, but it's better than most. br>br>I don't like most breakfast foods, but these are delicious.

I've tried every single one of them. Premier, special K, origins, and even soylent are all available. I needed a ready-to-drink breakfast beverage that I enjoyed. I didn't set out to lose weight as my primary objective. I needed something to drink because I don't eat breakfast. The fat content is probably the main reason why I like this one so much. Other drinks aren't going to appeal to you because they're so low in fat. I wish this drink didn't contain artificial sweeteners (I prefer sugar).

My favorite Atkins flavors are the Vanilla Cream and Cafe Caramel. I enjoy the coffee shakes in the morning and the vanilla shakes at any other time. These are fantastic for lazy days and when you're craving something sweet because they taste like ice cream. These shakes are incredibly satisfying to me, and I'll be keeping them on hand in the future. br>br>UPDATE: July 20, 2018 Another reviewer said this is a good substitute for coffee creamer, and they weren't lying! I enjoy creamy, decadent dessert coffees, and this is a great hot or cold option. br>br>Another thing to keep in mind is that The aftertaste, according to my husband, tastes like motor oil. Sweeteners are another thing he despises. I use Splenda instead of sugar on a regular basis, so the aftertaste isn't an issue for me.

Other brands commonly come in a 14 ounce size. It's also less expensive than some other brands.
