Without a doubt, this is an excellent creamer. For over a year, I've been using this to replace cream. now. It's a matter of taste, as with most things, but I prefer it to cream now. It is, without a doubt, lower in calories. The coffee also has a lot of body. I enjoy French Vanilla on its own, so using it in coffee is a win-win situation for me. I bought a chocolate flavor by accident, and it turned out to be quite tasty.
The Atkins shakes do not contain gluten.
There are 160 calories and 1 gram of sugar in the shake.
I see milk protein and whey protein on the ingredient list, so I'd call a toll-free number and request a dairy-free product because I can't eat gluten.

Atkins This is probably the best Protein Drink RTD you can buy, but the Dark Chocolate Royale, in my opinion, is the best! I just wanted to try this flavor so I could use it at night instead of the Chocolate one. I'm still a fan of the Dark Chocolate Royale after trying it alongside the regular Milk Chocolate flavor. However, as I previously stated in one of my reviews, consuming more than two drinks can cause constipation due to the ingredient, which is a thickener commonly found in RTD Protein Drinks. By the way, this is the best protein drink for diabetics because it contains the right amount of fat, which helps to buffer the rise in insulin levels that occurs when you consume a low-fat protein drink. If you're looking for a low-fat protein drink, I recommend the Premier Protein Chocolate flavor, which is the best flavor in my opinion.
Yum! I'm a type 1 diabetic who underwent surgery and was told to consume a lot of protein drinks. Almost every other brand of "protein shake" I've tried tastes terrible, contains too many carbs, or contains more protein than can be absorbed in a single serving (and costs more or isn't nearly as good as Atkins shakes, lol). br>br>Atkins shakes are just what I've been looking for! They have just the right amount of protein per serving, the right amount of carbohydrates, and they taste fantastic. I have yet to encounter a flavor that I did not enjoy (which is saying a lot). Vanilla, on the other hand, is one of the best-tasting flavors. I frequently consume Atkins shakes and would recommend them to anyone looking for a drink that provides protein without the added carbohydrates.

Vanilla is a little too sweet on its own, but I'm on a Keto diet, so it's perfect for mixing with black coffee.
The packaging was excellent, the contents were well protected, and the package arrived on time! The only reason I gave it four stars was because I discovered that consuming these on a regular basis caused my stomach to upset due to the alcohol sugar content. Most people can tolerate it, but I hadn't realized I couldn't until it happened to me. Otherwise, it would have received a five-star rating.
