Years ago, when we were on the Atkins diet (and lost and kept off 50 pounds), I started drinking this. Every day, we still have it for breakfast. Low in carbs, low in calories, high in protein, and easy to drink. (It's not bad with vodka, by the way. ) With the exception of Target's occasional sales, this is the cheapest way to get it (assuming free Prime shipping).

I placed an order for two four-packs. I could tell something wasn't right from the first sip. It didn't taste anything like the other products I'd tried. It was AWFUL, had a spoiled taste to it, and was UNDRINKABLE! I'm throwing out everything I have left and vowing to never buy this again from Amazon or anywhere else. DO NOT BUY; instead, go to Atkins, where quality control is in place. Just in case, I'm staying near the bathroom.

Have you ever had chocolate Boost? This is basically chocolate Boost. I'm not sure I could tell the difference in a blind taste test. br>br>I suffer from idiopathic dysphagia, which makes eating difficult at times. This is a tasty bottle-based meal. There's also no sugar, which is fantastic. br>br>The flavor is unmistakably chocolate, but it's a tad (tiny!) sweet. It's a tad chalky, to be honest. If you shake it hard enough, it dissipates a little, but it's still there. br>br>The bottle's dimensions are ideal for carrying in a cargo pocket or purse. They don't taste as good when they're warm, but I'm willing to overlook that for the sake of convenience. They get bonus points because the lid is actually a lid that can be screwed back on. br>br>I haven't tried any of the other flavors yet, but this one is very good.

You will enjoy it if you give it a try. It's a great product with a nice clean taste that's nice to switch up every now and then. The vast majority, if not all, of Amazon's products are excellent. They wouldn't even bother carrying it if they didn't have to. Why keep a non-selling item on hand? It doesn't add up. This is an excellent product.

In order to lose weight before an upcoming operation, I decided to try shakes as a meal replacement once a day. The Atkins shakes are fantastic. I've now tried three different flavors and am extremely pleased. They satisfy my hunger, provide essential vitamins and fiber, and are delicious. They're also the cheapest option on Amazon out of all the options. I'm glad I gave them a try, and I plan to keep doing so for a long time!.

They aren't artificially sweetened and have a pure chocolate flavor to them; they aren't chocolate milk, but they do help keep hunger at bay when dieting and prevent a mid-afternoon snack. binge on junk food for the entire day!.

For those of us on a ketogenic or carnivore diet, this can be used as a meal replacement. Low in sugar; however, if you eat this with a keto meal, you'll end up with too much protein. I'd suggest it.

This satisfies me for a period of two weeks. The flavor is good, and the cooking time is four hours. These are fantastic. I've started eating a big breakfast and then just having one of these for lunch (along with a sensible dinner at night!). I've lost a lot of weight with these, and they've been very helpful. br>br>It's worth mentioning that I try to eat as little carbohydrate as possible ( br>br>The flavor is fine (as are the Vanilla variants with 1g net carbs), and it keeps me satisfied for at least two hours. When I drink one, it takes about 3 hours for me to recover.
