I combine it with unsweetened frozen tropical fruit, frozen organic kale, Greek yogurt, a small banana, protein powder, and enough water to make a milkshake-like consistency. Delicious as well as nutritious.
It has an awful flavor! Take some aspirin, grind it up, and pop it in your mouth is the best way I can describe this product. I mixed it with vanilla almond mild and couldn't eat more than two mouthfuls because it's so bitter, chalky, and has an aftertaste unlike anything else I've ever tasted.
A tablespoon of dark chocolate was added to the mix. It works well for me when I add ovaltine to the recommended scoop of soy protein.
I made it safely to the destination.
This is my favorite protein powder.
I'm not a fan of the flavor.
Flavorful and good value for money. I'm going to buy more.
