This shake did indeed curb my appetite; I didn't have any cravings after the first shake in the morning. At 2 a. m. , I was on the verge of forcing myself to drink another. I didn't eat until 15 p. m. because I wasn't hungry. However, after the second shake, I was on the verge of puking. The shake has an unpleasant odor to it. It does not have a pleasant flavor. Anyone who tells you otherwise is telling you the truth. I tried adding cinnamon and truvia to the shake to avoid a gag reflex, but it's still difficult for me to swallow. You could probably lose a lot of weight on this product if you could tolerate the taste and consistency (very, very gritty), because it did help me to lose weight. Because of the smell, taste, and consistency, it's just not for me.
I ate two meals a day and finished the first can in less than five days! So it'll set you back 56 dollars for ten days, which is far too much for me. I suppose it's ok if you factor in the money you save on the food you don't eat for the two skipped meals, but paying 168 dollars or more a month is out of my price range.
