Even if you do not have a blender, it is very easy to mix. I have also noticed that this shake does not cause bloating or hard stomach like most other protein shakes (my experience) possibly due to its vegan format and the fact that it does not contain 101 fillers or chemicals. It does not make sense to me why everything is so hyped up. Firstly, the product is expensive and disgusting, secondly it tastes like cardboard. Also, it smells and tastes like strawberries, but how can people claim that. You need to stop.
About a year ago, I would have given this at least 4 or possibly 5 stars. Over the course of the past year, the formula was tweaked, resulting in a decrease in the amount of vitamin C.
