Sugar is not added to the product. Using frozen bananas as sweeteners in my protein shake is a great idea. For people like me who have food allergies, this is the best protein powder.

This product meets my needs perfectly. The shake I drink every morning starts my day. I usually mix just one scoop with 1 cup almond milk, half a cup berries, half a frozen banana, and 2 tsp ground flaxseeds. Having all the vitamins already present in this recipe makes me feel so much better! This is easy to digest and has all the vitamins Since switching over to this protein powder from whey protein, my life has been completely changed.

Soy-based foods were appealing to me when I came across this product The product is free of soy, and I am allergic to it. My soy allergy made me worry that the constipation I was experiencing with other protein shakes was caused by it. The vanilla flavor I bought was the most appealing to me. My mix consisted of 1% milk and the product. Despite its appearance, it didn't taste very good. Even though the image was grainy, I didn't mind The reviews I had read suggested that I might expect that. In order to make it taste good, I added a couple of tablespoons of splenda. I might just have an overactive sweet tooth, but the splenda seemed to be very helpful. The product caused severe gas for me, which was my biggest concern. Though I have never been lactose intolerant, nor have I ever had an issue with dairy in the past, I do find it interesting that the issue might arise from this particular source of lactose. In order to use the remainder of this product, I will need to try beano or, if that doesn't work, ginger root capsules.
