Questions & Answers
are no added vitamins or minerals in this plant - The powder is based on protein.
The answer is no.
The flavor of this powder is decent, or as good a protein powder can taste. I processed it in my food processor/nutribullet and it blended well. Ice and a banana are usually included in my smoothies. I am getting my day started in the right way!
The answer is unknown to me. The only problem is that it is so difficult to mix that I won't be buying

I add it to my smoothie every day (or sometimes I combine it with overnight oats or frozen yogurt). Unless you are going to stir or shake it into liquid, I would not recommend it. Blending blends it fine despite the fact that it clumps up almost instantly. Unflavored protein powders don't have much flavor, but it tastes like an unflavored protein powder should. I will recommend it for smoothies. It should not be used with water or milk. also mix a bottle of Kitu cold brew with it sometimes (again in the blender), and that is very tasty. It's a good protein powder if you're looking for one that's clean and unflavored, and if you don't have unrealistic expectations that it's going to taste like a flavored one.
There are no major problems, but neither are there any major advantages. Until now, this is the only protein powder I've tolerated that required me to mix it with something other than coconut milk or water. Shaking it with a shaker bottle doesn't work it leaves lumps and I just can't get rid of them. In the end, I find that mixing with a ninja cup attachment is more effective. To find the right fit, you may need to experiment with a variety of ingredients. Coconut milk, cocoa powder, coffee, and a banana made a pretty good protein shake, so I think it should work well for you. In addition to mashing it with pineapple coconut water, I also enjoyed blending it with I like it when I don't have time to eat a meal, especially when I know I won't have time to do so. Since I am a nurse/mother of four, it is also good to consume after working out. So while the taste isn't great, I will try it again until I run out because I like to eat what I have. I am highly unlikely to buy it again.
This recipe is low carb but tastes amazing. I love that it has low carbs and is tasty. To make the dish even tastier, I mix it with unsweetened coconut milk. Diabetes patients and people who monitor their carb intake will appreciate this. It would be great if they made this into a protein bar,.
Most protein powders are not what I consider "ok tasting", but this chocolate flavor is out of this world. It was off-putting, as described by my wife after I took the first sip, to the extent that I had an off-putting look on my face. The writing is pretty You may wish to try another flavor since they make a very good product, but missed the mark with this one (similar taste to mockolate). See friends, 1995, "a chocolate substitute that is completely synthetic. ".
First of all, before we get into the details, this powder has a very good taste all by itself. There is a milky variety of chocolate in my order- This hot chocolate packet is similar to a Swissmiss or Carnation one. In a blender bottle, the texture takes on a very fine powdered consistency, and it seems like others ingredients are included that help it to shake very well. In contrast with some other pea proteins, like Vega One, you won't feel any sand in your throat when you drink Nature's Best protein powder.
Purees do not work well with smoothies, and this is the only weakness of this powder. A gum mixture of two kinds is inside of it. The powder contains a sufficient amount of each that when blended with things like bananas or peanut butter it turns any smoothie into a gelatinous pudding. That stuff is a little gross to try to 'drink', so I have to use plenty of liquid. As for fruits, because chocolate powder is already pretty sweet and milky on its own, adding them makes smoothies taste a little too much like dessert, in my opinion. As a whole, I recommend this protein if you'd rather shake things up in a blender bottle than eat it cold. It would make more sense to look elsewhere if you like to drink smoothies after working out.
In order to get more protein intake, I wanted to buy protein powder since I just started working out and I'd like to drink it with. You can make it with shakes as well as other ingredients. It will not be fully mixed if milk or anything else is added to it. It's definitely worth checking out! Definitely love the taste of this, the chocolate is present and one pound is a large quantity!.
As far as I am concerned, I prefer The taste is light (but not heavy/chalky), just the right sweetness, and there is no aftertaste at all. Just the basics, without any vitamins added. My preference is to take basic products to get a balanced and healthy dose of vitamins and minerals without taking too much or too little.
There is a hint of flavor here and there. My main reason for purchasing this is to combine it into soups, to bake pancakes, etc. It's not the worst I've ever used, but it's not exactly the best. I had previously tried the unflavored Whey from this brand (which I liked a lot) but the texture here is pretty terrible, just not the worst. Even if you get this, you will likely never use more than half a scoop at a time as the texture and the way it thickens things make it quite difficult to consume. They should improve the formula as soon as possible. For soups- it made an okay soup if more than half a scooped was used. This soup did have a weird thick texture and As an example, I tried adding some chili from a can to the chili i was making, and after adding half a scoop of it, it turned into a thick dry The following ingredients are used in pancakes I even added a lot of egg white to it, but it still didn't rise at all. I also couldn't blend in the vanilla extract or other flavors as well. Overall, I'm not very happy (.
