Sorry, I've been using protein powders for over a decade and had no idea what you were talking about. I'm guessing you're curious about the powder's fineness. It's a very fine powder, much finer and lighter than regular flour. I hope this information is useful.
I'm not sure what I'm saying. I threw it away because I didn't like it.
Organic stevia is one of the ingredients, but the amount is not specified.

Any old protein product won't do, and buying from your neighborhood grocer or a national chain isn't always an option. br>br>The Growing Naturals protein powder line was my introduction to making my own protein smoothies, and while I've discovered a few other products that I like (mostly for the flavor), I can't see myself switching to anything else. br>br>This brand is free of anything that shouldn't be there (such as heavy metal residue), tastes great, and is simple to mix. br>br>Use it for your own good!.
Prior to this, I was using isolate protein, which made me extremely nauseous even when mixed with almond milk or water. I decided to give it a try after reading some of the reviews. The flavor isn't bad, but it has an odd aftertaste, which I alleviate by adding cocoa or sugar-free hot chocolate. I'll give it a try in vanilla next time, and I'd recommend it to anyone who has had stomach problems with other powders.
What? A gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, caffeine-free, preservative-free, artificial-ingredient-free protein powder that also tastes great? Finding a protein powder that fits my diet is difficult as someone with Endometriosis, so I'm overjoyed to have discovered something that gives me an easy source of protein and calories. I'm always on the lookout for something- AND IT'S DELICIOUS IN WATER AS WELL! This is a lifesaver, and when used in conjunction with a blender ball water ball, it makes vacations, work, and life in general a lot easier and more enjoyable.
Whey protein powder is a great way to get some extra protein in your diet. It's always a little scary to try new protein powders because the taste and texture vary so much. I was relieved to discover that this protein powder had a pleasant flavor. This is the first time I've written something that isn't a novel. I was very pleased with the whey protein powder, which far exceeded my expectations. br>br>The texture is good; there is a slight gritty texture, but it's nothing out of the ordinary compared to other whey protein powders I've tried. I did make it with 1% milk for the sake of disclosure, but it still had a creamy texture. I haven't experimented with other liquids yet.
For the past four months, my wife and I have been using Metagenics Protein Powder as part of our Wellness Program, and we love it. We were looking for a less expensive long-term maintenance solution. This powder did not mix well in the high-powered blender, had a strong odor, and had a bad taste. Strawberry or blueberries, as well as spinach, are always included. I threw both canisters away and returned to Metagenics. Very disappointing, and I would never recommend purchasing or trying this product again.
I use it to make my own organic, vegan, and even healthy nutella by combining Nutiva organic coconut oil, seeds, nuts, a dash of cayenne, and coconut flakes, then spreading it on slices of apples, pears, bananas, and even celery. You only need a tablespoon of it at a time because it's so high in protein.
I'm not going to lie, it's not a milkshake, but it's tasty.
This was my go-to Protein Shake for a long time. The chocolate is delicious. Unfortunately, I had to switch to a Whey Protein because I began to experience Acid Reflux as a result of eating grains and chocolate. I'm in my mid-40s, so it could be age. If you're vegan or lactose intolerant, this is the best option. Non-GMO, gluten-free, and whey-free dairy.
