Having tried their hemp protein powder as part of a blend (pea, hemp, pumpkin, etc. ) before, I was excited to try it again. ) I was interested in seeing how it tasted on its own. br>br>The macros are keto friendly if you use net carbs and not keto friendly if you don't because each serving has 8 grams of carbohydrates, but 6 grams of fiber. Using the net carb method, each serving contains 2 grams of carbohydrates and 15 grams of protein. br>br>The powder mixes well, and for the best flavor and texture, I recommend letting it sit for a few hours (or overnight), as the fiber component responds well to prolonged moisture uptake. br>br>In terms of flavor, it has a mild nuttiness to it that is very pleasant. I ended up combining it with my go-to pea protein powder, a pinch of cacao, and a dash of stevia, all shaken up with unsweetened almond milk, and it turned out to be quite tasty. It's similar to a chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. br>br>As an organic, gluten-free, unsweetened powder with a high fiber content, it ticks all the boxes. The only drawback is that the price per serving is a little high, and if you want a bigger protein boost, you'll need to consume 4g (net carb approach) / 16g (carbs are carbs) to get a standard 30g shake on hemp alone, which can throw your ratios off. br>br>I'll keep tossing in a serving with my pea protein for a total of 39 grams of protein and 3 grams of carbs (net card) per serving, which works for me and gives me a nice fiber boost. br>br>This would be an easy 5 star if the pricing was a little better, but the price keeps it at a solid 4.

Easy to blend. As a shake or with oatmeal, this is a delicious combination. SunWarrior is a brand I've come to trust for being both accurate and delicious in its descriptions. However, it is also known for being expensive. br>br>This is not expensive in comparison to what it contains. I like that each serving has 15 grams of protein because that is the ideal amount for most people's bodies to absorb. The maximum amount of protein per hour is 10 grams, and shake digestion takes an average of 90 minutes, so nothing is wasted. br>br>I make cold oats with it (the flavor fades) and adjust so that oats hemp milk with how I understand digestion still works, and I get a decent enough boost. With the protein content, it is very filling while still getting me to the gym. br>br>Because it tastes like baklava, I served it with honey. It's difficult to tell, but there's a hint of honey in the shake (photo 2). Where this really shines is near the end, where there are a few more dense hemp bits that, when coated in honey, taste like a nice dessert at the end of the cup. br>br>This item is priced at $24. If it were $29 instead of 95, I'd buy it. I'd still give it 5 stars despite the fact that it's 99 years old.

The lid has a rating of 5, the container has a rating of 2, and the scoop has a rating of 5. br>br>This powder is pesticide and gmo-free. Only Hemp Seeds that have been certified organic are used. br>It was exactly what I needed. br>Fiber, protein, amino acids, and no sugar or sodium are all included. br>This should keep you going for about a month. br>It's a great addition to my morning smoothie. br>I hope you found this information to be useful.

- Because of the kernels, it has a grainy texture, which may be a detriment to some people. br>- I don't mind the slight bitterness, and the sweetness of the milk helps to balance it out. br>- Because it separates quickly, place it in a jar with a lid so you can shake it and re-mix it. br>- The color of the packaging didn't appeal to me at all. Because it was brown, I initially mistook it for chocolate. I didn't read the description because I was only interested in the brown jar of hemp protein. Because the powder is green, perhaps the packaging should be green as well.

Organically certified by the USDA Hemp Protein is something I'm very familiar with; it's a staple in my protein/superfood supplement routine. This hemp protein supplement is of high quality. The certifications/badges displayed on the label appeal to me: USDA Organic, CCOF, and Kosher certifications are all available. The USDA Organic certification (and its Canadian equivalent, CCOF) provide assurance that the ingredients are pure and unadulterated. As a result, they enable me to check off important boxes. br>My regular hemp protein (from a well-known brand) comes in a foil package that is vacuum sealed. It's a deep emerald color. This product's hemp protein is a much darker green, almost brownish color. However, the flavor is the same. br>I like to put the powder in my smoothies. I also use it to boost the protein content of baked goods. In fact, combining maca and hemp protein in a bread recipe results in a bread that has a very earthy flavor and is high in protein and fiber. Hemp protein is a complete protein, which means it contains all nine essential amino acids. br>The plant-based protein powder meets expectations and matches the product details. This organic hemp protein powder earns a 4 out of 5 star rating from me. A 25-star rating is given.
