This protein was recommended on YT by someone who actually sold the hell out of it (and I'm it is hard to beat-especially for the dollar. I've been lifting and supplementing for the past 20 years, but haven't been taking protein supplements for the last 7 or so years. didn't want to eat powders again for a while, but all of the pre-packaged ones either made me poop, fart, or felt awful (lactose intolerant), so I either needed to stick with it I got it in the mail today and couldn't wait to give it a try. These proteins are of such good quality that I am blown away. There are no clumps whatsoever, the mixing is excellent. A smooth texture can be felt. You can expect about the same taste with protein as you would with meat. There have been better tasting burgers, but those had a lot of fat, sugar, There is nothing in the world like this. Please keep in mind that this was with water and not a blinder. Shakes used to be god awful to those who have been around for a long time. Whatever the case, I am beyond happy with the outcome. You did a great job.

While I have tried several different brands, Rule 1 whey isolate has been the best for me in the 11 years that I have been This flavor is SO good, and the texture is just like milk. In addition, it mixes really well with yogurt, which makes it really easy to meet my daily protein needs. Due to the fact that Rule 1 is somewhat of a premium item, it is somewhat more costly than Pro Action Recor, which I feel provides the best value. Hence, I only buy Rule 1 when I am going through cutting cycles. Despite this, I would point out that it is NOT recommended to mix this with piping hot coffee because that will cause usually mix my whey protein powder with my coffee to get my daily kick with protein to begin with, but the protein concentrates so finely that it curdles easily in hot coffee (and you waste both your good coffee and your.

My "4" stars for Flavor rating is purely due to the fact that it is not the best tasting protein I have I was always told that if something tastes good, then it doesn't have a lot of health benefits. Therefore, I would agree that the pros and benefits of this protein overshadow its taste by a wide margin. We must make sure that our Whey Isolate is pure and without any contaminants. Also, I've always heard that the shorter the ingredient list, the better the quality, therefore, I decided to grab a random Protein off of the shelf at my gym and included a pic for comparison, Naturally, it's stacked with fillers (and very costly). The rule 1 isolate is by far the cleanest, purest, and most affordable Whey Isolate I have ever found.

My favorite thing about the powder is how light and fluffy it I tried it in a shaker and it blended pretty easily, but the taste was horrible! It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. A mouthful of sugary sweet chemicals tastes like it. I absolutely hated it and it made me feel It's not that the other flavors are bad, but the vanilla was allowed to pass through product testing and shouldn't have been allowed to.

Food coloring should not be used in flavorings Despite my mother's best efforts, she had side effects from the strawberry because the artificial coloring had been added. I highly recommend this book! This protein shake mixes easily in my GNC protein shaker with skim milk, has a smooth texture, and tastes as creamy as vanilla cream without being overly I have been drinking protein shakes for about 12 years through GNC and On Performance, and my first purchase from R1 is my new favorite. This new brand's price point and the way the lid of the container is sealed is a great idea to keep the contents fresh and secure during transport. It is highly recommended and I hope they maintain the quality, taste and packaging specifications in the future so that we can continue doing.

If you had three stars, you'd give it a three. Then I would agree with you. I like the protein/carb/fat ratio in this diet, which allows me to consume lots of protein on a calorie restriction while still being able to eat. Cold water was mixed well with the powder. In addition to what some other users have noted, there's a noticeable chemical taste and smell as well. Maybe you could mask it with other ingredients, but it's only noticeable with water. The chocolate peanut butter flavor will not be purchased again. I will try another flavor and see if it is better.

The first thing I noticed was that they did not fill up the container like most companies do, we were barely over half way filled up. There are almost no empty spaces left in the box. My experience is that it is very light and clean tasting, but often that means watery. I see this as a great choice for those on a diet or trying to watch their calorie intake. I am an avid vanilla lover, and this one is right up there with the best. I liked the chocolate fudge, but it wasn't quite as good as the original. I was happy with the fruit pebbles I purchased from the company site itself. There is no doubt that it tastes like the milk from the cereal in the reviews. We also had a great experience with the Salted Carmel.
