This makes you look bloated, don't you think?

Normally, the drink should not cause bloating, but if there is a problem digesting one or more of the ingredients, it can. My own experience with this product was excessive gurgling and bloating in my gut after a week's usage. The maltodextrin in it causes me to experience these symptoms However, my kids don't seem to have any problems with it.

It's a great product, I've used it for over a year and bought it at different shops and from various vendors on Amazon, and as long as they have pink wrap around the lid, I think As a meal replacement for breakfast and a meal replacement for dinner, I make fruit smoothies with this product

Since I was a child, I drank this shake every day. While I appreciate how chocolatey it is and how it makes me feel good, the price has dramatically increased in the last few months. Perhaps you should look in another direction.

This is what you have been warned about lol

So, I bought this stuff mainly because I wanted more fiber in my diet and I got tired of just drinking orange juice. I can't wait to try these flavours! It's similar to Nesquik in that I can mix it with milk. The flavor's in the air - Unfortunately, this wasn't the music I was looking for (sad since I got hyped up for something named I have to say I had a good day After sipping on it for about 30 minutes, our body started to look like BM! Each time I've consumed this powder, I have found it to help me go to the bathroom a little, which is why I hope to share it with everyone. The fact that it helps me poop and provides all the benefits such as getting my protein intake for the day may tempt me to purchase again in the future.

Alternative to Shakeology that is great

Having used Shakeology for a while and realized that the price had been tacked on by a poor product, I found this instead. I drink the chocolate version of this drink every day with Ripple milk and I enjoy it very much. This is worth the price, but it would be nice if there were more whole foods included. This is the one I will use since I tried the plant-based one and I was not pleased.

Shakeology is just as good

What I loved most about shakeology was how smooth it was in addition to the nutritional benefits and that it didn't taste like a protein powder. *I found that the price was the least favorite thing about this product. However, this is the only product that has comparable flavor (super rich chocolate without the protein taste) and is easy to blend. My favorite is to blend half a frozen banana with half a cup of chilled coffee and ice to the level of frothiness I like. It isn't gritty, especially when blended, and has a great taste. In addition, I believe this recipe tastes better than a mocha Frappuccino from Starbucks.

I like it a lot. The flavor of this cereal is nutty. Then I read the ingredient list, and I found an allergen near the bottom that I was not aware of.
