After hearing about this on the Run to the Top podcast, I decided to give it a shot. There is truth in everything they advertise There is no comparison between protein powder and this one. It has an AMAZING flavor, is refreshing, is vegan, and helps you recover better than any other protein powder. There is only one reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 the price tag is absolutely ridiculous. My pleasure is that I tried it, and I may get it again, but I simply can't afford to incorporate it into my regular exercise recovery routine since it costs $3/serving. I'll stick with.
I am having a meal For me, replacing my protein powder with food is a key factor in not missing meals due to feeling too sick to get up for dinner. As for the Tailwind electrolyte additives, I have used them before and found them highly palatable, easy to dissolve, and a good source of salts I don't get from my 2) I wondered if Tailwind would stand up to protein as well. Yes, they did! They did it like a pro. In a sad sense, the results of the poll are mixed. In all other categories, customers were overwhelmingly positive, and the sole negative comment was "Wait, this is $3 a drink?"? My 5-star rating came back to Amazon after I left a 4-star one on the site We would like to thank you for your five-star review and to order a tub of On Amazon, you can't find such a thing. tailedwind's own website has 15-pages of information For about $2, you can get serving bags. It's still a bit pricey for a regular meal, so I suggest a quick meal after a long day at work A cup of coffee in the morning. This is a pity, as I would drink it just because of its flavor and consider the protein and energy boost fantastic benefits. While it is, I'll still keep it on hand just in case of bad days, but oh my, how I wish it had been better. Wishing you all the best! pain in the joints or cramps in the legs! My first 100k (62 mile) trail run virtual race has been completed, and I used Tailwind Recovery for the very first time. I alternated it with Tailwind Endurance fuel and performed well throughout the 14-mile course. This event will last an hour (as recommended here on Amazon by Tailwind Support). The distance I ran was twice as far as my previous maximum (50k), which may be due to my excellent fitness, and I did not experience any leg cramps as well. I didn't think about it for even Aside from my mind staying sharp, another improvement was that I felt more energetic Despite running alone in the dark woods without tripping or losing my way, I ran for four and a half hours by myself without tripping or getting lost. I felt pretty tired at the end of my very long training runs when I used Endurance alone without protein, but this time with Recovery every other bottle I felt so good that not only did I finish my 50 mile virtual race, but I decided to continue for a cool 100 mile race. may also be attributed to the fact that I had very little joint pain this time as well, perhaps the protein helped heal the damaged muscles. I must add that all the flavors tasted great and did not cause me any stomach problems.
These snacks are usually gritty or have a lot of With Tailwind Rebuild Recovery, that's not the case. My final step was to pour the stick pack into a Blender Bottle, add the 16 ounces of water, shake it, and drink it immediately. The flavor was good, although there was still some residue that didn't quite mix in. This wasn't one of those recovery drinks that you had to swallow whole. As a matter of fact, it was so good that I shook some extra water around in the bottle to get the rest and finished the glass. Having never consumed another protein drink like that before, I can state without a doubt that I never will! Moreover, I did not experience any kind of gut bomb after this procedure. My first thing I did after my run was some easier yoga stretches. I did not get that stomach rumbling common to other recovery drinks for the whole thirty minutes. The stick packs are my favorite, and I will buy the larger serving when I run out.
Tailwind Rebuild is my go-to post-run recovery drink after my long weekend runs (usually 11+ miles). I was given these to try because I absolutely can't eat anything after a hard run and also have an extremely sensitive stomach, so after all my long runs, I was always hungry, nauseated, tired, and grumpy. After trying In order to succeed in Tailwind, you need guts - Nutrition designed for and by endurance athletes that There is nothing I love more than vanilla - You'll hardly be able to tell it's not a real milkshake. It is so pleasing to feel full after eating one, and my legs are noticeably less hungover afterward- A Tailwind Rebuild gives me a good feeling the following day. I've gotten to the point where I can squeeze in a few more miles the following day or a bike ride, which I never would have imagined was possible. There is far less cost per serving than that of a coffee from a coffee shop, so it is The likelihood of me ever training without Tailwind is zero.
I am amazed at how amazing this is! After a long run, it was a welcome surprise to find that it tastes like chocolate milk but it doesn't have any chalky flavors aftertaste. After a long run, it made me feel like I could hang out with friends. Those who train for endurance should definitely consider this. As it contains 245 calories, it is not suitable for regular afternoon snacks. You need to have a mixer bottle as well I can't stir it into a glass of water very well.
My first experience with this product was after a sweaty 18 mile run, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. Whenever I run, I have stomach issues and often find it difficult to eat even an hour afterward, either because of energy level or just not being Drinking this kept my energy levels high until I was ready to eat real food (about two hours after I finished my run). Vanilla isn't as bad a milkshake as you might expect, but it's definitely not. It didn't take me long for my energy to return to normal the next day, and I was even able to lift weights. It would be a great addition to any endurance athlete's equipment!.
