There's no way to mix it

I made something for the Redcon1 conference. The Cherry Lime I bought is said to be great by everyone. There is no question in my mind that the natural sweetener makes the dish way too sweet. There is one problem, however It does not mix well. It gets 3 stars because of that. Whenever I say it stays on top, I mean it stays on top of the This is not the case that it drops out of solution and you need to shake it up a little to get it to re-mix Mix it up. As long as it doesn't mix into the water, that will be fine. I'm used to it. This stuff does not mix.

I have been using redcon1 products since 2003 and each has been excellent

The only thing I would change is the amount of sweetness, but other than that I like the taste of this product. I have tried all the grunt flavors so far and Tiger's Blood is my favorite. Redcon1 works, but you have to work hard to really make it effective.

This is not my cup of tea

For me, it wasn't my cup of tea, but others might find it appealing. It's the after taste of the taste that's terrible, not the taste itself. The sensation of frequent urination makes me urinate more It seemed like only the one container was having issues, so I bought another one and still had the same problem. I don't think I should try Isotope Protein or their pre-workout products, but maybe someone else will enjoy them.

The Redcon 1 Grunt EAA's have the following features BCAAs account for one third of the total amino acids. I'd like to see a pineapple- I like the banana flavor because it's strong and has a good taste. It mixes well.

This is a great product Although it does not taste very good, it generally reduces my soreness after a workout and helps me recover faster

However, this flavor was not at the top of my list of flavors. I would still use this product, but with a different flavor next time. The workouts started off great and I usually went for around an hour or just over an hour.
