I'm always wary of fruity drinks like this, but I love it! Additionally, I noticed a better performance in the gym in the last month since I started drinking it to help with endurance during my workouts. The powder is fine and gave me the boost I needed. I love the taste of sherbet and how yummy it is. It seems like the ingredients are too "active" as I noticed some of the powder is popping off the scoop so I almost always get it on the counter or on the.

The price of sugar is too high

The label must have been misread since this is actually just sugar flavored with flavoring and a high price tag. It would have been easier if I had purchased Kool-Aid The same thing has been done with Aid. A two star rating instead of a one star rating because the flavor is outstanding.

Great addition to the Post JYM matrix. The flavor of This is an amazing product. It is a great add-on to JYM Active Matrix, as well as helps nutrients penetrate into the muscle tissue faster. In order for a creatine spike to be absorbed into muscle tissue, an Insulin spike is needed.

The first impression left a bad one

The JYM products I bought were all purchased simultaneously as I conducted extensive research and found that they matched up well with what I most wanted. However, one of them had a leak in it's seal during shipment (see attached photos). In all fairness, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but on the whole, the first impression was not good. The site will be reviewed again at a later date and my rating will be raised if necessary. I'm Jessie.
