During your workout, you may use the device at your discretion. I had not expected it to work as a laxative as it does what it says in the product description. It made for quite the unpleasant experience as I ran a long distance with My stomach began to feel sick after I drank this after mile 11 and by mile 15 I felt the dreaded diarrhea. My heart was racing and I thought it was time to relieve myself. I burst into gas by mile 16 and got completely humiliated when I splattered the gym floor with it. Since I run at a pretty fast pace, some of my accident on the rowing machine was actually thrown back by the treadmill. I guess it goes without saying, the beautiful girl was not happy about my presence. It worked well for me to get on the treadmill and complete my 20 miles without any other incidents. There was never a cramp in my body. I have no complaints about the product, but it should be accompanied by a warning label. It gives you two stars for giving you the number two.
In the first place, if you are like me and dislike milk (meaning the majority of protein powders won't pass your taste buds), then this is a godsend for you Then send it. In terms of a recovery mix, I'm not sure what the terms "thickness" and "sheerness" mean, but this can of powder seems perfect. They arrived when they said they would. The scooper is really cute and came with it. I think full serving is a little sweet for me, but that's just me, and you are not me. The only one I have ever tried was lemon lime and I found it to be so delicious that having it after my workout felt like a big accomplishment. This lemon lime flavor now tastes like it has some fruit flavor added to it and is not as good as it once was. Instead of the original lemon lime flavor, I would love to get the original! This fruity lemon flavor was in my latest order of four, so it's stuck with me for a while I dislike lime as much as I like lemon. Would it be possible to exchange this item.
