It is by far the best recovery drink mix that I have personally found! I have purchased this product more than once and would like to just say that it is the best that I have personally purchased! Obviously I did not like the poor review because it seems to occur a lot when a product changes and they don't bother to update the information to the actual product you will receive. Because the photos you see in the original posting are of the product, I have re-picked the product, that's why they look so similar My order was from this seller (pacific health), but the product is something different from what it appears in the listing! You can see in the attached photos what I received this time, as well as what I've bought in the past. Although I do not know what all is changed with the new formula, I do know that it does not show nearly as many benefits, and it does not even say "after" workout anywhere on it, which is annoying because I don't know if I am getting a lesser product! I have to say the taste of it is a little off, and it doesn't dissolve well in cold water either. Perhaps it's just an illusion - or perhaps you aren't getting the results you were expecting!.
