Despite a good diet, I lost 10 pounds over 3 weeks, and I think this should be combined with exercise. It has nothing to do with salads. Do at least three times a week of exercise and healthy eating. Exercise is very important. Spend 30 minutes with it and you will be fine. We had chicken and greens for dinner. Leave out the sugar and the sodas and The diet I'm on does not restrict my diet at all- I still eat cake and pizza. If you control yourself, then you can do what needs to be done.

If anyone is familiar with what Bradford pear trees smell like, then I know what I'm talking about.
Usually when I reduce simple carbs and increase healthy fats, I smell like Bradford pear trees. In my experience, I have a hard time keeping my energy level up when I don't consume enough protein, salads, and healthy fats. It is not uncommon for me to drop out of energy shortly after eating. In this product, it seems that the problem is resolved. There is still much to be experimented with. The product is great. I will definitely.
