The "nutrition facts" on the sales page claim that this product has no cholesterol, but the label on the box I received claims that each bar has 10mg. For your comparison, I've included images of both claims.

On my sister's and husband's recommendation, I tried these over the summer, and it was a great find to have a protein bar that wasn't loaded with sugar but still had a good dose of protein per serving, as well as not having to chew the regular protein bar consistency like a cow chewing its cud. br>br>While the whey protein wafer is a nice change, it isn't for everyone, and I'm afraid I'm one of them. The flavor is good, but the texture is strange; it starts to feel chalky about halfway through the bar. But the bigger issue for me is that I don't believe my body reacts well to whey; after eating them, I felt a little queasy. I did some research and it appears that some people have problems with whey powder used in protein shakes, and I believe that this version of the supplement is no exception. br>br>I still have almost two boxes on top of my fridge, so I'll probably get through them eventually, but I'm not going to buy them again.

She said they're basically a healthy Kit-Kat. Kat bar. That was all I needed to hear - It was imperative that I give it a shot as soon as possible. I bought a couple and tried one right away when I got to my car. I finished it before I even got out of the parking lot! When I got home, I immediately ordered them from Amazon, and I've had at least one box on hand ever since. The only problem is that I can't get enough of them! They're absolutely fantastic. My husband and kids aren't quite as enthralled as I am, but to be fair, I don't eat much junk food (they do a lot more), so this kind of thing is perfect for me. LOVE!.

Despite the fact that it contains only 1 gram of fiber, this is my favorite protein bar. Everything from the taste to the texture to the whey protein mix to the sweetness has been perfected. I'm not aware of any artificial coloring; we have plenty of that elsewhere. They are, in fact, a genuine wafer bar. They aren't the usual fiber chewy ones. br>br>I enjoy all of the flavors of this bar; the sweetness isn't artificial, and they're quick and easy to eat. However, because they are not filling, you may be tempted to eat another; in that case, simply mix in some protein powder and you'll be satisfied. They're best served as a late-night snack or dessert, and the whey protein content is excellent. It's similar to a shake, but with 9 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar, and 7 grams of carbohydrates. I'm a body fat guy and these fit my diet nicely, 2 a day or so keeps me going between meals and after. br>br>The best flavor is probably the peanut ones, but it's a good idea to mix things up so you don't get bored. None of the ones I've tried have been disgusting or amusing to eat. All of them have a genuine flavor. br>br>If you buy them for less than $20, you're getting a good deal. Investigate the area.

Many protein bars have a high protein content but also contain up to 30 grams of sugar and are heavy and dense. I was looking for a low-carb, high-protein, low-fat option for an hour-long workout, and these fit the bill! br>br>They're tasty (I've only tried chocolate and chocolate/peanut butter so far, but both are fantastic). I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors so I don't get bored with the same one. They're light, don't make me feel bloated, and don't cause me to crash during or after a workout. They're also a great snack if you're looking for a way to get some protein and energy without eating too much. br>br>A fantastic addition for anyone looking to improve their fitness or simply get more protein into their diet. These bars are AMAZING! I can't get enough of them! For a similar bar, consider the Twixt candy bar, which is made up of layers of thin, crunchy, delectable wafers covered in luscious chocolate. For a peanut butter and chocolate flavor combo, think Reese's. br>I am a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers and adhere to the program religiously in order to maintain my slim frame. In every way, these meet my requirements. br>I can have a high protein portable for only 7 WW smart points (just keep it out of the sun or it will melt). duh) in- snack in the middle of the meal I also use them as a dessert. br>I bring them with me on trips, in the car, to work, and hiking. br>The taste will make you salivate!

to snack! Almost as good as a Butterfinger - I like that they only have 5 grams of sugar and 13 grams of protein, so I don't have to feel guilty about eating them. If you order a box from Amazon, it'll be even better. com, it's possible to get them for less per bar than at TJoe's. These bars arrived on time and were FRESH, so you know you're not going to be disappointed. a product that has been taken off the shelf at a store. They come highly recommended. br>br>8/8/20 UPDATE: Despite the fact that I still enjoy Power Crunch bars, I had to reduce my 5-star rating. Because I've ordered several of the "variety pack" options here, I've changed my star rating to three stars. I'm guessing these mixed bars are the OLD, CRACKED, CRUMBLING ones that weren't sold and were left on the shelves. They're bundled together in these assortment packs - which are a great way to try out the Power Crunch bar line's main menu. The only issue is that: br>br> Even within the wrapper, the bars appear to be in a million pieces. I've had to throw away a few that had been pulverized. I've also had some unusually STALE ones that were only available in the variety pack. I'll always buy these, but I'm not sure I'll buy the variety packs anymore - In terms of freshness and quality, there was just too much of a mixed bag.

I'm always on the lookout for a new protein bar because I'm bored with the same old flavor and texture. These have a great peanut butter flavor, and the crispy snap adds a nice touch. I would strongly advise drinking water while eating these because they dry out your palate. Because they only have 12 grams of protein, I docked it a star for value, but nothing in this world is perfect. Without a doubt, I will purchase again.
