There are artificial sweeteners in nearly all protein bars and protein shakes. In this bar, there are several different sweeteners listed in the ingredients, including Sorbitol, Maltitol, and Sucralose, each of which is 8 grams total, and that's a lot for a bar that only weighs Alcohol contains sugars that are not digestible, so depending on the amount consumed, it may cause bloating and digestive issues. These are overly sweet to me, and I see that many others have taken the same position.

Then again, they may not be. This is unfortunately the case with these bars. This bar tastes absolutely delicious and the crunch and texture are far better than most other bars in the market. I really like the product. AZ Spring - When shipping please refer to the following guidelines It is nearly impossible to ship chocolate in the fall and sometimes even Winter without an insulated container, and I often leave my chocolate on my porch while I am at work waiting for my return. I won't go into too much detail about an aspect of my own review, but I think it's an important piece of an overall health product review- They make this with sugar alcohols, so there is very little sugar in it, and I try to avoid sugar alcohols as much as I can. Despite the delicious cookies, they're not very high in calories It has a reasonable calorie count and adds a lot of protein on days when I need it. However, I probably will not.
If I am being totally honest, this cookie bar is by far the best tasting, easiest chewing, protein bar I have ever eaten. It is so easy to bite into, not hard like 99% of other protein bars, and it leaves no strange taste in your mouth after eating. The rest of my training period is going to be dedicated to eating exclusively protein bars. These bars have become an indispensable part of my social and family life. You won't be disappointed if you try these.
