Over the years, I have tried many different protein and energy bars, and I was enthusiastic to try the Picky Bars variety 4- for the first time. Pack your bags. Overall, I thought that they were decent, though there were some discrepancies between the different varieties. In the end, I enjoyed "Smooth Caffeinator" the most. An intensive effort). Though I liked most of the flavors, I found in all cases that the texture could use some improvement. This texture is hard to describe, but the best I can do is describe it as 'mealy'. didn't look as good as it did on the website On the whole, I would not buy another flavor other than "Smooth Caffeinator" in the future.
In no way am I a great athlete in one sport, but I enjoy staying active through racing when I have the opportunity. As a result of my athletic abilities, I have done half marathons, Spartan races, Tough Mudder events, and more recently have tried a sprint triathlon. As I entered the triathlon world, I had to go on the hunt for a healthier protein bar. The reason I put it in quotes is that they're mostly not healthy food, although they're often dressed up as such. Having just started eating RXBars, my dietician recommended them I liked them, but the texture made them hard to eat. They stuck in my teeth and they stuck in my throat and my mouth. Researching on my own led me to Picky Bars, so I was interested in trying them. It's fun to have them around! Its ingredients are clean, it tastes great (not chalky or anything like that), and I can actually eat it. Definitely going to buy more of these It was a simple and great product. Thank you.
I love them so much. It's the Cookie Doughpness and Moroccan Your World that I like the most. Although I am not a big fan of pistachios, the Moroccan Your World had a wonderful combination of flavors that I did not even notice! I had a piece after a 10 degree (F) trail run and the ginger provided a nice boost of warmth. The combo pack is a great value, and it is a great way to try them all! We look forward to seeing you again.
