I was completely smitten when I came across these cracker bars in a market recently. So when I saw them on Amazon, I was ecstatic and purchased the entire box. Unfortunately, the chocolate coating on the bars was completely melted, possibly due to the heat of summer shipping. The chocolate has hardened, but the entire bar tastes stale, so I put them in the fridge for only 5 minutes to stop the melting and then put them in my cookie cupboard. The cracker section has lost its crispness and resembles a stale cracker in the mouth. The chocolate has also lost its richness and depth of flavor, despite the fact that it has returned to a solid consistency. Because it has an expiration date of 2020, it should taste better. Very let down.
It's filthy and old. The interior has been powdered and dried out. I should have trusted the other negative reviews about this product, and I will not be purchasing it again. br>Also, not recommended for cycling because the chocolate melts easily, leaving a mess on the outside while the powdered inside binds your jaw shut.
This almond butter/chocolate bar has a delicious flavor and texture. The chocolate will soften when the ambient temperature is a little warm, so I prefer to keep them in the refrigerator and eat them right away, despite the fact that it is a little crumbly inside when you take a bite. Yummy.
You, on the other hand, are well-versed in the world of the internet. I'm guessing these whiners spend the majority of their time munching on Snickers bars. In any case, these are excellent tasting bars for endurance athletes.
I like these for skiing and hiking trips because they are a little pricey.
My go-to hiking snack because of the flavor and crunch!.
I believe the formula for these has been altered - It used to be that the peanut butter was a lighter shade. It's still delectable. They're crumbly and a little messy, but I love eating them on the go or as a quick breakfast.
I've had these before and love them, but the box I got from Amazon was stale and hard.
