I do not feel as good as I would like during the Keto transition if I did not take these electrolytes. Using a half a pack for a bottle of water has allowed me to reduce from a whole to a half a pack. The only problem is. It seemed like the citrus flavor was amplified the first time I tried it This candy is worse than an extreme sourhead. They puckered their lips and scrunched up their faces. There were times after that when an overwhelming salty taste was present. This couldn't be choked down by anybody. Because I've only ordered 3 times, I'm not sure why this would happen so often, but if it happens again I probably will have to find some other electrolytes that are as good. These are way too expensive for so few packs to not be able to consume them all. This also makes me question if the numbers for the other substances (like magnesium and potassium) are also incorrect. The product was subpar in terms of quality control. I will try it one last time and keep my fingers crossed.

There is no point in spending money on these. My usual Redmond ReLyte was almost gone so I ordered these in a pinch when they were comparable to what I had left. It was squished and the bottom was busted out when the box arrived. Secondly, I had to throw away two of the four packets that came because the orange flavor wasn't consistent across all of them, two of the packets tasted like they were bad. Also, I am not a fan of how sweet these are compared to Redmond's product. And last but not least, I think It costs about $0. 02 to buy ReLyte A serving of LMNT costs around $1, while 80 cents is the cost of a serving of LMNT. In her 35s The serving size is 60 calories. For double the price of its competitors, this is a poor-quality electrolyte supplement and does not work as well as most of its competitors to my mind, especially since the potassium content is also significantly lower. My whole box has an expiration date of 2019 even though I bought these in 2020! You need to get rid of your expired inventory so that it doesn't end up in the mail. In spite of the expiration date, I really liked this product. I suppose I'd just buy it from a different seller from now on.

A word of caution to buyers Beware. Buying should be done with caution! Three orange salt packets were slid out of the sample box by someone who had opened it from the bottom. The amount of packets I got was supposed to be 16, but only nine arrived. There's no point in paying for it. You are not able to notice that the protective seal has been broken upon arrival since it has not been tampered with. As someone who is doing the Keto diet, I was in need of these because I was I like the flavors in these products.

In my diet, keto and macronutrients are missing, so this was something that I was lacking. The flavors are fantastic, and I love how easy it is to mix them. I like it a lot!
