Several advertisements for this product have caught my attention. While I have tried a number of electrolyte/vitamin/hydration type drinks, I've needed IV fluids on a regular basis. Since I am intolerant of absorption, this product has been a big success for me. I only got it a couple of days ago, but I've been drinking it every day, and it has been very pleasant There is no difference between it and electrolyte drinks in terms of taste. My body feels very hydrated when I drink it, and I really appreciate it. The next time I buy, I will definitely do it My order arrived within days of being described, and the product was exactly as described.
I don't know what's in it, but every time I use this product I get a painful headache! Although I enjoy the taste of them, and they may have some advantages, I get a major headache after drinking them every day

There is a possibility the headache may last more than 24 hours. Honestly, I'm regretting the purchase. Not sure what all's in here, but I certainly don't like what I see.

The saltiness makes them great, but the taste is really salty. It is great that this 3-pack comes in several different flavors since everyone in my family enjoys them. If you feel dehydrated, using these can be great after a workout, when you're sick, or just the day after you've had a hangover. It's definitely worth the money!.
