Dizziness and heat make me feel such a lot better when I take these! It's hard to pick a favorite flavor because I don't like orange. There's no other way to describe the orange one. There is something about strawberry kiwi that I love! And I thought I wouldn't like fruit punch or lemon, but I do like them pretty well. The flavors in these are not as sweet as some other crackers, I ended up splitting one pouch between two 16oz bags. I like the strawberry kiwi bottles since the strawberries and kiwis are watered down perfectly! I plan on buying the larger kiwi strawberry bottles in the future, as well as maybe the lemon one.

I live in the south, where the humidity tends to dehydrate the body quite often, but it is impossible to drink a lot of water at one time. The hydration powder I chose is fantastic. I researched a lot of different ones before making my purchase. You don't have to worry about dyes or sugars, and the flavors are not compromised. It's definitely the grape which I love most, but all the flavors are good. But please be advised that the orange colored my plastic straw due to the turmeric, but I now designate it as the orange straw rather than the plastic. In addition, I should note that the directions say to mix The perfect size for me is my 32oz bottle of water, which is the perfect amount for my needs.

Since I took it, I am feeling better. Until I saw this product, I had no idea such a thing This product is not very expensive and is easy to transport. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. It gives me a feeling of better well-being. There is only about a cup of water left in my bottle when I'm done. One of these might be good to add. Shake it a bit and slug it a little.
