In general, I don't party often. But whenever I do, I go hard. I am usually vomiting or dry heaving until 12 o'clock or 1 o'clock in the afternoon, after which I am able to sleep for To try out for my bachelorette party, I bought the multipack with lemon, watermelon, and berries flavors. I like this drink because it tastes like Gatorade, but it's less sweet and has fewer calories. After a glass of wine, drink a glass of wine the morning after and one after you leave for the night. It has been a rough vacation, but I have been able to eat and drink well despite the headache! I was also amazed at how much better my energy level was. In my opinion, if these were not used correctly they would not be as effective but in actuality they do work really well. It's amazing how well these things work! I'll definitely order from them.

When I received them and tried to drink the first one after mixing it, I started itching within 30 minutes. This could only happen if there is an allergen in the product. In fact, I read the package and it contains sucralose, which makes sense because I'm allergic to it. My problem is that the product description page does NOT include sucralose as an ingredient, even though I have read it again and again! It seems like there should have been a list of ingredients on the product, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.
I'm diabetic and need a good electrolyte replacement, but this is not good. It's no secret that sucralose is toxic and that they do not wish you to know that before you buy their product. Could it be they are afraid to list ALL the ingredients in this product?.

Since I have a difficult time staying hydrated, I can get dehydrated and suffer from tachycardia. Infusions are given to me once a week, but I get Having never tried these before, I gave them a try today. According to another review, since my blood pressure is erratic, I'm watching it the best I can, but it has eliminated my headache due to dehydration. It's a great combination of flavors. The amount of water I used was slightly more than 8 oz. You can compare the taste of the watermelon to a jolly rancher. The blood pressure in my body is erratic and I monitor it daily. The other day I checked it more frequently and I saw that it was stable. Despite the spikes, I have a condition that makes these inevitable. It isn't something I drink on hypertension days. The ingredients would have little effect on someone who is truly dehydrated, but if you're not, you should get your fluids from water instead given how concentrated it is. * Latest update There have been times when my blood pressure elevated after having these, which is great for POTS but not great for hyper POTS, so I've been using half a packet at a time.

I am very pleased with these. At least they keep me hydrated in the Texas heat even though I am not certain they are effective as a hangover cure yet. At first, I sweated a lot, almost passing out on a few occasions, when I moved to Texas during the hottest months of the year. The job I eventually got did not have very good air conditioning, so I sweated a lot. am familiar with the symptoms of heat stroke and heat sickness from my time in the military, including seeing several people fall ill from heat related issues these things are very helpful. It helps clear a bit of my "mental fog" when I haven't been drinking enough water on days that I drink one or two of these. I get absolutely no muscle cramps, no headaches, and I feel more energetic after drinking one or two of them.
