It won't make you feel like you're high on sugar! As a protein bar user and fan of protein meal supplements, I am particularly enthusiastic about them. This morning I found mold in one of these. I was a little sad about that. (I am not able to contact Amazon support or email regarding this issue, so I will have to leave an amazon review instead! Only one donut had mold, other than that, the remainder were free of mildew! My hope is that it was just a fluke and I could buy again!.

I wanted to like these so badly. Because of their price, I watched you tube reviews to determine whether they were actually worth the money. I can smell the delicious aroma of them- In addition to what has already been stated- The consistency is similar to cake and is . . . which I actually like. However, I'm not a big fan of the taste. They tasted bland to me, so I was hoping for a bit more flavor. As much as I understand they won't taste like a donut, I had no expectations of them tasting like that however, they could have used a little more sweetness in the With and without coffee, I've tried them cold, microwaved, and even put one in the toaster oven. They still taste flat even when they are supplemented with anything that might enhance their flavor. So far I have been eating them just to prevent them from going to waste, but I do not look forward to it. It was great to deal with such a pleasant company, but I will not buy from them.

Since I found the cookies I was looking for, I was able to find ice cream with protein. While I would prefer sugar over these, they aren't terribly bad as a substitute. Taking them away from my hunger soothes me. Moisture and protein can be found in them. It doesn't seem to contain a bunch of ingredients that I'm not familiar with and they do seem to be a bit heavy on my stomach if I eat too much of them. Delivered in a day, individually wrapped.

Cost is a little on the high side, but it's a decent If you can only choose one flavor, go with chocolate. It comes in many flavors, but the other flavor is very dry, with a dull taste. (Tried two boxes with the same result)

Over the years, I've been using a variety of protein bars and "meal bars. " I find them to be very tiring. We have found that Jim Buddy's Protein Donuts provide a welcome change. Besides tasting great, they also have a texture closer to cake or a donut, which is much more appealing than the same type of cake. I like it the same way I always have Bars on the market come with old that you get with virtually all of them. Protein cookies that I have tried break really easily - some tend to crumble as soon as they are cracked - I have been able to throw a couple of the donuts into my computer bag and have them handy when I need a quick snack. They have held up just fine.
