Eat Me Guilt Free Protein Brownie, Low Carb Snack or Dessert (Original Chocolate)

Before I get into that, let me just say that I am doing intermittent fasting between the hours of 4 and 5 every day My carbs were kept low at 10 grams a day and my calories were kept at 800 calories a day on the Keto diet. As a "cheat" day, I allow myself no more than 20 grams of carbs and 1000 calories on Sundays. As you know, I am on a 45 day routine to lose the last 15 stubborn pounds of the 54 that I have already lost. With that in mind, these brownies are an incredibly delicious treat I treat myself to at the end of the week. It makes me wonder if some of the people who gave a negative review have ever eaten much of a low carb/low calorie diet because if they had, I am certain they would know that just about anything Can these be compared to homemade brownies that have 55 grams of carbs per serving. I say no! They contain the same amount of carbs as an ounce of nuts. Are they better? Yes, absolutely and without a doubt! I may treat myself, but I will not knock me out of ketosis with these moist, nutritious cookies! It was delicious!.

It's the taste and texture of these brownies that made me give them a thumbs up. Additionally, they are a good fit for a Keto diet. With one brownie and a bottle of water, I am satisfied for hours after working out or working at the barn. I keep some in my car for a snack after going to the barn and walking the horses. These protein bars do not melt in the heat, as other protein bars do. In addition to the Blondie version, I have also tried those, and they are no good either. Although the Blondies have a nice texture, they are surprisingly terrible to eat. For your information. Announcing an update This box of brownies has been bad for the past two weeks. I couldn't eat the brownies since they were so hard and dry regardless of the supposed 2020 expiration date stamped on the package. This is an order that crumbles apart and is different from the previous ones. This is a very disappointing experience. I used to rely on these all the time It is a great snack after a workout at the gym or after a busy day at the barn. I have returned this order to the company in the hope that it will be made right. I hate it! A quick update for Oct. 2019 There is a suggestion that this Amazon vendor refrigerates the product, making it crumbly and dry. You'll get the best chewy texture if you purchase directly from the manufacturer.

Several of these brownies were delivered to me just recently. My experience with one was really bad. I got two bites out of it and it tasted awful. I felt like I was eating chemicals because it stuck to my teeth and tasted like them. This was really not for me, and I am sorry to say I would not recommend it.

There were absolutely no words to describe how bad these were. Because I am accustomed to the taste of low carbohydrate, low calorie foods, I do not have a fussy palate and I do not have a picky eater. There is no taste to them, and they are vile. The taste is bland, not at all sweet. I did not have a problem with their taste. The texture was not an issue either What is disappointing is that the 180 calories are not worth it and they don't taste good. My mistake was to ignore the bad reviews, and I now have a $30+ loss because I can't return the items. You could save yourself a lot of money and disappointment if you don't purchase.

I love the protein they have, despite the carbs (7 or more) that these make a Keto diet pretty tough. I have loved the taste of these for a long time and I know it's expensive at approx $3 per piece, but let's be honest, it's a lot of money. If you get an order that is old and dried for $3 bucks (or more), I'll be happy! In the future, they will be smaller but with the same Carb and Protein Is that right? There is a $10 increase in the price right now. A few days. That's great! I mean that makes them close to $4 a piece and you still risk receiving some hard ones that were dried up like I received last time I ordered or moldy as I saw on another review and there will be no refund! Despite the fact that this company has a good product, they are greedy and uncaring towards their customers. In addition to the good stuff out there, you can also get Quest Choc Chip cookies (warm them 15 minutes for best results and taste like warm cookies or dbl chocolate like a I do not work for Quest, and they have some products that are quite miserable (like peanut butter cups yuck), but the cookies are far superior in purchase price and taste to the Eat Me brownies which are really, really, and now even more so those of us who will most likely be low carb for the rest of our lives, it might have been a sad thing that they have destroyed their product through overpricing and substandard.

You can't go wrong with these brownies! Love them absolutely , I'm on a low carb diet and they are the perfect breakfast snack, I feel full after finishing one and feel satisfied within a few hours, I just finished one box and ordered my second box ,I will keep buying these delicious brownies in the future.

It's really hard to get these products through the direct manufacturers or in stores near me. I buy them in a local store or from a nearby store. I ordered these brownies for the first time, and they were freaking delicious. The brownies felt super fresh and chewy, like they were made just a few minutes ago. After my second try, I seem to have gotten a stale batch since they are the hardest, crumbliest, and stale I've ever seen. Drawn by luck, it really does depend on the result.
