Their taste is odd. It is great to know they are vegan and high in protein, but I find it has a weird taste or aftertaste that reminds me of strong alcohol. Unfortunately, these are not as good as Quest protein cookies, and it's certainly not worth the price. I was hopeful to find a vegan substitute for Quest, but I'm disappointed. Thanks to being a vegetarian, I can only eat vegetarian food. The only ingredient listed that I thought might be causing that weird taste is monk fruit extract, so that may be a factor if they revise their ingredients and ditch it.
It was not bad, and I would buy them again if I were in need on a road trip. It was the chocolate on chocolate that I enjoyed the most.
Despite my dislike of the flavor, I did finish it. On top of that, it curves my hunger for a long time, if you're into sweets, this is the thing that takes care of your sweet cravings.
I didn't like the flavor as much as I would like. The chewy texture was OK but the taste was lacking.
I was blown away by.
Those are some awesome 'cookies'. You'll be able to try all options this way.
I did not find it very satisfying as it was very chewy. Their price is too high for their quality.
All is well with them.
