There is a slight sweetness to these little snacks, and they are tasty. It tastes like almond butter to me, but I can't taste it. There is a strong cinnamon taste to them. The packaging isn't really my style. Whenever I want a sweet treat without a lot of sugar, it's hard to find something I like. I found this to be just what I needed. In my opinion, it was unfair that "weight loss" was emblazoned all over the box it came in. The majority of us live in apartments with nosy neighbors, so it would be nice if they changed that. It's funny.

This is the only kind we buy on Amazon since the price is so affordable (which is very hard to find when buying gluten free) and they have a great taste! There are some nice ones here. I would describe them more as almond butter mixed with shredded wheat than as "cookie bites". Regardless of the title though, these are sweet enough that I can fill a craving when I want something a little different.
