I have been ordering the regular brownie for the past several years. The standard of quality is generally very high. Apparently, there was an error in ordering this version with sprinkles. It's awful. As well as not eating rock hard sprinkles, this is one of the driest brownies I have ever tasted. It is the only batch in which there has ever been a problem. If I want to eat this, I have to cut off the layer of sprinkles, take the remaining cake, wrap it in a moist paper towel, and microwave it for five If it is edible, then The whole thing is a waste.

What about rats as well? My job is to serve as a gym monitor, and I had one of these when they were first advertised. My favorite part of it was the narration. It had a delicious taste and a great There is nothing to match the protein and calorie value in these along with a taste that is actually moist. Although, having said that, I purchased a box to have at home recently, and when I opened it I found that the packing was partially open. The packages were not ripped in any clear manner, but they looked as if they had been chewed up. Upon taking the box outside, I realized they DO NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF RETURN OR REFUND, so I immediately took it outside so I wouldn't have any snackers make my home theirs. Since I really enjoy this product but, I don't have the money to throw it away if they are not willing to make any compromise when not delivering with what they promise, and I have some hygienic concerns, I am disappointed.

It was dry and hard This is inedible

In the past, these have always been moist and soft however, this time they were hard, chewy, I am not able to return these brownies because of the return policy. My disappointment at losing $35 on these items is magnified by the fact that the economy has been hard. If you sell an inedible product, you should be able to refund the purchase price.

There was no way I could order just one. The box had to be gotten! It's very expensive for nasty food with a chemical taste.
