I love that there is no added sugar and that it is naturally sweetened with dates while still tasting like peanut butter and chocolate. There are no eggs or dairy on the ingredient list. Healthy light snack that will keep you full for a long time. Instead of the pure protein ones I always buy, I've been giving them to my friends to try.

On taste and because it doesn't contain egg, I prefer the Orgain Simple Bar to the RX bar. It contains 12 grams of protein in an organic, delicious vegan bar made with simple ingredients. On the go, this is ideal. I'm going to do it again. order.
4/16/2020 (update): It's difficult to justify spending any more money on this product after two boxes (one expiring in May and the other in August) arrived with mold growing on the wrapped product. Amazon replaced the first box at no cost, but I haven't requested a replacement of my replacement yet. It is soft and does not crumble (no excessive chewing or gnawing is required). The peanut butter flavoring isn't quite right. It has a stronger date and peanut taste to it. I enjoy the flavor, but if you're looking for peanut butter, you might be disappointed. It doesn't have as much protein as some of its competitors, but the other benefits more than compensate. br>br>Chocolate Almond Sea Salt is my favorite flavor.
I bought one on the go in the hopes of replacing a healthy meal. I liked how clean and simple the flavor was, and it was only later that I realized it was ordain. I relied on their protein shakes to get me through chemo three years ago, and I am confident in their quality. I've recently purchased a box of cereal. Love them.
The chocolate bar was given to me as a free sample. It was slightly warm from its time in the mailbox, but it tasted fine. It had a stronger chocolate flavor than traditional protein bars and was more tender. I bought a box of chocolate peanut butter bars, but they're pretty bland and chewy. It's possible that the lack of peanut butter flavor is due to the fact that the BB date is about two months away. I wouldn't buy them again because of the flavor, as well as the fact that they're only about $1. Even with the coupon, the price of a bar is 25 cents.
Orgain is a vegan product that vegans may prefer. Instead of the RX bars I had ordered, I received these by mistake. The flavor is the same, but the texture is a little dry and the flavor isn't as strong. br>To be fair, I'm used to RX bars, which have real chocolate chips and peanut butter, as well as a softer/chewier texture and a lot of egg white protein (Orgain uses "chia protein"). The Orgain would be a better choice for Vegans, but in general, I prefer the RX brand, but - to be honest - It's just something I'm more accustomed to.
Yuck! I get the impression that I'm eating Playdoh (if one could eat Playdoh).
Orgain products are usually my favorites, but these protein bars are terrible. I can't believe these were allowed to leave the building. Do not purchase these because they have almost no flavor and have the texture of old cardboard.
