Here's a mixed bag of feedback. However, while the product is excellent, it does have one flaw. This is the first and only company I've ever worked for that A: There is no way to contact someone because there is no phone number. A scoop or measuring spoon are not included in the package for a reason. After 30 minutes of searching their website and finally sending them a message, I was told that I should weigh the product (1000mg) myself before taking it. First and foremost, I have worked in the industry for over 20 years and have never heard of anything like this. Second, this isn't something that everyone can do. Business is bad, bad, bad. Without a doubt, I'll seek out a different brand. For the sake of illustration, consider the following scenario. There are 1,150mg in 1/2 teaspoon of salt (not powder). So, how am I supposed to measure this powder precisely? They advise you to purchase a milligram scale. LOL!.

This was suggested to me by a coach, and it works! I'm 5'5" and 135 pounds, and I only take a teaspoon at a time, so I'm up and antsy in half an hour. I'm quite taken aback; There is no sensation of a crash. Because I work out twice a day, I'll take it before both workouts and it'll take the place of pre-workout. completely work out.
