The gluten free diet does not work! Apple cinnamon oatmeal is one of my all-time favorites, but gluten free ones are hard to find

There is a gluten free box on every Amazon page, but you need to check it. A flakes of oat (wheat) is the main ingredient. It is not gluten free and I would be so ill right now if I ate it. I couldn't believe that I wasted my.
