containers are good for 8 servings. There was a little over 1 oz in it. There are approximately 2 servings per package. Are these breakfast foods for birds or bird feed? I get excited about eating something like this on a paleo diet because I find it to be delicious. My only complaint is that they need to make the chunks larger, a lot of it gets crushed into small pieces, like many normal cereals, however, this one costs twice as much. While it's really healthy, on a price basis, I find it to be a little unfulfilling, especially with how small the pieces are, but it still tastes great. I usually eat it mixed with other things like fruit.
My taste for the taste was really good, so I bought it to have as There is only a light sweetness to them, which I really enjoy. It is delicious as a crunchy topping for baked apples.
