When I'm training for a triathlon, I use Ultima several times a day because it's an electrolyte: I ride my bike, go for long runs, and swim after a long workout. Ultima has a delicious flavor that is also gentle on my stomach.
In my 11, I made 90 servings. Container holds 1 oz. 1 scoop for every 16 fl oz of water.
The 11. Magnesium is present in a 1oz can in the amount of 100mg. I'm not sure what to make of these small packets.

Significantly lower quality product masquerading as the previously high quality one at 33% margin. Ultima, you deserve to be ashamed of yourself. They reformulated for the second time, but this time they removed all trace minerals. What a pity and an embarrassment. Now I must embark on yet another lengthy search for an electrolyte powder that will actually meet my requirements. If it's not broken, don't change it. So disappointed, I'll have to find a new electrolyte water because I've been using this for years and drink it more than water. Ultima replenisher wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf.
I've tried almost all of Ultima's flavors, and this one is by far our favorite; I'm thrilled to have found something that doesn't contain artificial dyes, sweeteners, or taste bad. It makes me feel good to drink it and give it to my daughter. This way, she drinks a lot more water, and I don't use the entire scoop with her. Blue raspberry, orange, lemonade, and grape are some of our favorite flavors. These are ideal for my husband, who works as a package delivery driver and requires extra electrolytes on a regular basis; we are also a keto household, so these are ideal for us! The 90 servings of this flavor are well worth it!.
I don't think either of them "taste like medicine," but the small white granules that settle at the bottom of the bottle irritate me. I vigorously mixed, tried room temperature water and cold water, and both flavors ended up with granules. They don't dissolve in your mouth if you swallow them, and they're hard and disgusting. This is true for both flavors. I can't even drink it all the way to the bottom of the bottle because it's too expensive.
I'm serious. To begin, let me state that I follow a ketogenic diet. You must have some form of electrolyte replenishment, regardless of who you are. This is the best; I've tried a lot of different ones before finding this one, and I've never been happier! It has the best flavor. Quick to react. Ingredients that are free of contaminants! You know how, every now and then, you'll get a little headache? Even if you drink a lot of water? Fill it up with this and drink it down. The pain in your head will almost immediately subside. Not only that, but it's a lot easier to drink a lot of water with it. I'm looking forward to summer and making popsicles or something similar with this mix to satisfy my sweet tooth!.
Blue raspberry was always my favorite flavor as a kid in the 1990s, and this one did not disappoint! I usually combine a scoop with 24 oz of water (a little more than the directions call for) and then add a little sugarfree blue raspberry liquid koolaid.
The blue raspberry flavor is similar to that of a blue slushie! This is a great electrolyte to mix in with the grape and raspberry every now and then. You can recreate a red, white, and blue rocket popsicle from your childhood by freezing the raspberry, water, and blue raspberry. I bought lemon ultima and was not impressed. Blue raspberry, grape, and raspberry, on the other hand, are all winners.
It has a cough syrup flavor to it. The raspberry and lemonade flavors are particularly appealing to us. I figured this would be a good substitute for raspberry, which was out of stock. I put ice cold spring water in one glass. Gagged. So I gave it a go with my daughter. She does, after all, enjoy blue Gatorade zero. Um. No. We'll hold off until the raspberry arrives.
