I tried a lot of different things, but my options were limited due to my gluten, dairy, and sugar intolerance. I prefer the individual packets to the larger bags. The loose powder with the scoop is the best because it stays fresh the longest. I can take them with me wherever I go and use them in my reusable 18 oz. water bottle on a daily basis. a bottle of water My favorite flavors are raspberry, cherry pomegranate, and lemonade, and they taste great when served ice cold. I put my bottle of water in the fridge the night before a hike or ski trip, then add 1 packet, shake it up, and I'm ready to go in the morning. Enjoy!.
This is a fantastic product that tastes great and performs admirably. I make raspberry lemonade by combining the two flavors in a larger water bottle, and it's delicious!.
While I'm trying to lose weight, I drink a gallon of water every day. As a result, replenishing my electrolytes is critical for me. One thing to note is that I used one packet in a total of 24 ounces, rather than the 16 ounces recommended on the container. In 16 ounces, it's too strong, but in 24 ounces, it's just right. Both of these flavors are fantastic. I like the fact that there are two flavors to choose from. One thing to keep in mind is that it takes a few minutes for the powder to dissolve completely in water. I've discovered that if I leave it in my water bottle for a few minutes after mixing it, it will dissolve. The packets are useful to have on hand while traveling or to give to friends who want to try them out. I always have a few in my bag. When I'm at home, I use larger containers because the cost per serving is lower.
It was delicious and there was no junk in it at all. I am a good critic on items like this because I can read and understand labels. It's difficult to find good electrolytes that aren't loaded with sugar or chemicals. This is a tasty dish that my children enjoy. My two sons, ages eight and four, are extremely picky eaters. Buy this!.
THE TASTE IS AWFUL. br>Once dissolved in water, I can't say much about this electrolyte powder except that it's wet. br>br>In my city, we've been experiencing 100-year heat records. I recently had a heat stroke and don't want to experience it again, so I bought these convenient, water soluble packets, which come in a variety of fruity flavors and dissolve easily in a 16 oz bottle of water. Simple to use and transport. The package makes a lot of claims about the powder's beneficial supplements, but the percentages per milligram are low. Potassium, for example, is essential for electrolyte replenishment, and a potato (897 mg) or a banana (422 mg) have roughly 4 and 2 times the amount of this drink powder, respectively. The rest ranges from 2% to 10%, with the exception of Vitamin C. These aren't exactly earth-shattering sums. The following are the remaining issues: br>br>Has a hard time dissolving in a 16 oz bottle of cold water. Too sweet (Stevia) - requires a lot of shaking. br> Sugar drinks make people thirsty, which defeats the purpose of electrolyte drinks. br>Very chemical aftertastebr> tastebr>leaves gritty residue/taste on tonguebr>br>I was expecting great things from this powder, but I was underwhelmed and dislike the overall taste; I have no idea whether it affects my electrolyte balance or if I'm already adequately hydrated because there is no way to test the effects. The raspberry was not as good as the lemon. As far as I'm concerned, it's a waste of money, and at $1 per serving, there shouldn't be so many flaws.
After trying a sample of the raspberry and liking it, I decided to order the raspberry and lemonade. I tried the lemonade and really enjoyed it; it was refreshing to drink after a long period of sweating. The electrolytes are in a good balance. Because there is no sodium in it, you can season it with salt if you don't get enough sodium from other sources.
I put it in a water bottle so that I can thoroughly mix it, as mixing all of the powder takes a few tries.
The flavor is good in a 5 liter water bottle and I drink it throughout the day; however, I think it's too strong in a 16 oz cup that they recommend mixing it with, but that's just my opinion because I don't like sugary beverages.
