This is my second purchase of the product, and the energy level is satisfactory. However, my complaint is that they mislead you about the product's quantity, as the pictures show a brand new can. The can is only about half full, as you can see. I thought it was a one-time occurrence the first time it happened. It appears that this is not the case. The Green Apple flavor is "ok" in my opinion, according to my wife. Although it isn't her favorite, she finds it to be drinkable. This flavor does not appeal to me.
