One of the friends I workout with told me that it works great for putting on weight, so I just bought an 8lb tub of it. My stomach has been upset and I have had diarrhea since I have been taking it for the last two days. The pep and iodine have been taking a toll on me. It isn't fun at all. Will try to push through it, maybe my body just isn't used to it, but if it continues I'm going to have to stop taking it.
