Costco was where I first discovered the item. To relieve leg cramps, I drank pedialyte. I am a liquid. Hydration Multiplier is just as effective for me and is less expensive; I don't get nighttime leg cramps if I drink two of the three diluted in water per day.
It is different for each individual. The number of packets is written on each bag. There are ten to thirty of them. The lower the cost per packet, the more packets there are in the bag. The 30 count is something I always look for. The packet count can be found in the upper right corner of the bag.
It is extremely secure and simple to operate. This item does exactly what it says on the tin. I use it, as do several members of my family, and I gave some to friends who work in the outdoors, who also use it. Anyone who needs more hydration in their system should use Liquid IV, in my opinion. It works!

This will hydrate you within 20 minutes of drinking it, especially if you're experiencing cramps, muscle aches, body aches, or headaches as a result of the heat, workouts, or any other strenuous activity. If you have charlie horses or cramps, drink this as soon as you feel them coming on. Within 20 minutes, you'll be hydrated and your body will be back to normal. I've been using this product for three years and can't say enough good things about it.

I tried this because my mother had requested some, so I ordered the two-pack because it was less expensive. We don't care for the flavor; it's not bad, but it's far from ideal! My mother, on the other hand, adores the flavor. It's the only way she'll take a sip of water. I'm not sure if it delivers on its promises. I prefer single-serve packets because they are convenient to transport.
My favorite flavor is strawberry, but tangerine was also tasty. It's what I use at the gym every day. It's great to drink before or after a workout or just to keep you hydrated throughout the day. Thank you for selling the item at a reasonable price and delivering it on time.
Flavor is good, but it's very sweet, which could be a problem if you don't like sweet flavors. I'm not sure if this provides triple hydration.
