I am a physically active person who sweats moderately but not excessively. Over the last few years, I've discovered through trial and error that drinking a liter of electrolyte-fortified water and a packet of Emergen-C is the best way to stay hydrated. C first thing in the morning, before any coffee, food, or protein shakes, sets me on a completely different and wonderful path for the rest of the day. No more brain fog, fewer food cravings, fewer headaches, and improved performance I've always known that hydration is important, but plain water isn't enough for me. It's water with vitamins and electrolytes in it. This product not only has an awesome name (my name is Dr. Price, too), but it also tastes great (lemon-flavored). I've only tried the lime flavor, but it's one of my favorites. I'll try another flavor later), it dissolves quickly and completely, and it contains no sugar! It appeals to me. I've told a lot of my friends and family about it - They all enjoy it as well. I'm afraid I'm going to run out of it. Try the packets first because they are less expensive and you can give the rest away if you don't like them, but if you do (and you will), get the bulk jar with the scooper because it is a better deal.

It has a distinct flavor that does not detract from the overall experience. While everyone enjoys gatorade and powerade, there comes a time when you realize how they fall short of your expectations. That happened to me during a scorching summer when I was on a juice fast and realized I wasn't getting enough electrolytes. Dr. Price's electrolytes were recommended to me by a chiropractor, so I gave it a try, and wow, was it a good choice; I ended up picking (almost at random) this particular flavor, but I've since gone out and bought two more tubs just for flavor variety. Not only does this mix contain a far greater number of trace minerals and electrolytes than powerade or gatorade, but the sugar content is also non-existent. There isn't any, and most importantly, the taste isn't bad! It has a pleasant flavor, but given how bad so many products are, this stands out for not only not being bad, but actually being good! br>br>Fun fact: according to my calculations, this product was worth the equivalent of $90 in gatorade at the time I purchased it. That's a fantastic deal, especially considering how much of the stuff I was guzzling. Because the flavor is so mild, I could easily drink this for the rest of my life. key (not overpowering, cloying, sugary, etc. ) and it's a lot less expensive. And, let's face it, as much as I encourage people to drink water and enjoy it myself, I get tired of it. This is an excellent option for those who avoid coffee, soda, and artificially sweetened juices.

I get it for the electrolytes, of course. My doctor recommended that I drink electrolyte-fortified water to help with my nighttime muscle cramps, and it has proven to be more effective than plain water. However, there are numerous types, and I'm not familiar with all of them. I have diabetes and am unable to consume sugar. Although most of this type of Gatorade does not contain sugar (regular Gatorade does), some do contain carbs due to the sweeteners used. My blood sugar level rose as a result of drinking Propel waters. Sucralose (Splenda) is used to sweeten it, and it contains more carbohydrates than other sugar substitutes. As a result, I switched to Prices, which contains Stevia and contains very few carbohydrates. Although I am not a fan of Stevia, this is a good alternative. Furthermore, it is CLEAN. Another brand with a similar name that I purchased is a 'dirty' mix. It filthifies the bottles and prevents them from being reused, which I prefer to do. Reuse to reduce the amount of plastic used. As a result, I also enjoy Price's. (If you mix it a little stronger than they suggest, it'll be even better. ) ) ).

This is on my "subscribe and save" list, and I receive it once a month. I've been using these electrolyte packets for about a year, and I switched to this larger container when I first saw it a few months ago. This (lemon lime) and the purple flavors are two of my favorites. The pink flavor is acceptable but not my favorite; the purple flavor is more flavorful and lighter, though you can adjust the amount in this canister to suit your preferences. I'm not sure if there are any significant benefits, but I figure it's probably better than plain water and has a pleasant taste that encourages me to drink a lot more water throughout the day, so it's worth it to me even if it's just for that. I go through a canister every month and use it to fill my 64oz water bottle at least once or twice a day.

I needed an electrolyte replacement/vitamin and mineral supplement that was available in bulk rather than individual packets. This is an action I can take to help the environment. The product keeps me hydrated, has a pleasant flavor, and comes with a measuring scoop. I am ecstatic. I'm going to have to place another order.

Flavors are a completely subjective and secondary matter, so I used it during fasting periods, ketogenic periods, and workouts. While I didn't care for lemon/lime, it tasted much better when I used more water than the recipe called for. I also tried the tropical flavor, which I found to be extremely tasty. Regardless, it's an excellent way to replenish electrolytes without the use of sugar or other potentially harmful sweeteners. I would strongly suggest it.
